"I've been tired," Violet answered. "I suppose...with so much going on, I'm getting a bit too much inspiration..."  

[Gren_Eckener]

Malachai blinked. Clearly, he didn't know. "Eh?"  

[Azana Brown]

"...I guess I'm saying too much," she chuckled lightly, shaking her head. They hadn't announced it yet, she supposed, or maybe they were only saying something to certain people. The privilege of knowledge was rarely a good thing in her life...and knowing the world could potentially end took the cake on the bad news scale. "Basically...I've been drawing a lot, so I've been sleeping less."  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Oh! All right." he nodded. That he could understand. "But don't you need a lot of sleep? Like, humans do, I know that, and you have school and things."  

[Astra_Senpai]

Spunky was all about that toy! He stood on his back legs and growled playfully trying to get it away.

The small fox whined, ears going flat at his sympathy. She'd let him pick her up, but she'd shuffle until her head was on his shoulder and tail wrapped around his hips.  

[Azana Brown]

"That's the main problem..." Violet sighed. "I mean, I'll be on Winter Break soon, but I have finals before that. I can't be staying up all hours indulging this art compulsion...I don't wanna fail out."  

[Gareus Fletcher]

Bure smiled softly, shushing softly and continuing strokes down her back.

"Don't worry, you fought well, Tam. My little warrior."

Malachai tugged on the porkchop, waving Spunky's head this way and that. "What're you gonna do? I mean, there's magic and stuff for that, but I dunno if you'd like it, cause you don't like magicy things."  

[Azana Brown]

"That's true...I know I shouldn't be so hesitant about it, but I've had enough magic done to me, swallowed enough strange concoctions. I feel like this whole time has been a detox off of it," she explained, happy for cooler weather and excuses to wear sweaters. "At the same time, I can't move forward if I'm not sleeping...I don't know how to make the art stop. Maybe...maybe I need to stay somewhere else for a bit, or something."  

[Gren_Eckener]

"No, no. I think you can be shy about it after all of that." replied the demon, rubbing his chin. "Do we know anywhere else you can stay? I took a vacation and I ended up here, so maybe you have to go look for one?"  

[Astra_Senpai]

She gave a grumbly growl, she only liked being pet on the head.

Spunky chomp, chomped and gave a mighty pull.

"There's always home, I guess..." Violet frowned. "Or...maybe someone would be willing to let me couch surf for a week. Just enough to clear my head and finish finals..."  

[Gareus Fletcher]

Bure made a look, testing back where he'd pet before behind her ears.

"You hungry or something?"

With a sudden stroke of luck, Gren walked down the stairs, humming.

"I don't know...why would anyone live somewhere else when they could live here?"

"Huh?"  

[Azana Brown]

"Oh, Gren...!" Violet greeted him with a smile, though it faded a little. Wouldn't Gren and the others want her to stay...? After all, this was where she felt safest. "Erm...I was telling Malachai...I might want to find somewhere else to stay during finals. I've been drawing a lot again...and I can't afford to fail..."
