AASDFGHJKL; !? Spunky shook his head and grumble growled. What hte?! Using massive paw to wipe his nose, Spunky JUMPED, landing on the chibi. Got you now you little bitey thing!

Stuck? She slipped out from beneath the couch and back under to demonstrate she could fit just fine. She pawed the floor in Charlotte's direction, was this a game? Why was the demon so worried. Wait. Demon? Why did that sound familiar?

"One."

"Pleeeease, Tam! Be a demon again!"

Chomp! Zippo bit a paw pad!

NOH! Spunky AWWWWWWWWWWoooowooowowWWWWWWWoooWWWW'd in pain and rolled around. Shaking his paw wildly and sinking his teeth in to try and remove the bitey thing.

Demon? Me? She slipped out, sitting, paws moving and ears back. Head tilted to the side, she yipped at Malachai. Demon? I'm a fox! She waved her tail this way and that, he was the demon! Silly thing!

Zippo let go, landing, making a teeny raptor call. I win!

"Nuh-uh. You're a huldra. You just took fox mode and you're gonna get stuck soon if you don't change back!" scolded the incubus, tail lashing.

"...one and a half..."

Kristen had been nursing cider for a while, and it was all but gone as she watched what unfolded. "..."

Sosol frowned, concerned but unsure if he would have any impact here. The only thing he could think of to remind her was what she had gifted him when they had met but twice. Such generosity...and here she was, throwing her identity away to avoid pain.

Fox? Demon? I must be bo- ears flicked up and twitched. Oh wait. She whined softly, head lowering. Wasn't it better this way? She was much cuter this way!

Spunky nosed the little creature and SLUUUUURRRRRRRRRRPPPP. Everyone likes kisses.

"Pleeeease? Even for a minute? It'd be long enough to spare you!" pleaded Malachai, "I miss you!"

"Two."

Zippo chittered, hugging Spunky's muzzle. Yes to licking!

Kristen watched quietly, almost biting her tongue to keep from trying to speak wisdom. It was not her place. Tamriel hardly knew her.

The fur of her tail ruffed at his plea. A soft huff, she didn't want to hurt his feelings. How did she do it again? Normal me? This is normal me. No, no, no. Think! A blink and she was back to normal, gossamer gown covering all but her face and tail wrapped 'round her hips.

Ears back, she promptly sat on the couch, "Oh I'm so tired."

Spunky plucked up the chibi and toted him to the human he'd goosed. Sitting, he proudly showed him the chibi.

Malachai squeaked in delight, tail arching happily. "AAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh! Thank yoooooou! I'm so glad you weren't stuck or halfway or uwaaah!"

Charlotte smiled, very glad she hadn't hit two and a half.

Gren smiled genially, patting Zippo's head, then Spunky's. "Very nicely done."

Sitting at the edge of the couch, shaking her head- Tamriel had to sort her thoughts a bit. How long had she been...? Before Thanksgiving. She'd be chasing butterflies for days.

She looked at Charlotte, "You had a question for me, Dear Charlotte?"

PETTTING!!! Spunky dropped the chibi and UP he went. Resting both paws on Gren's shoulders and LIIIIIIIIICK.

"Yes. Why did you stay a fox for so long?" asked the girl, smiling bright, well aware of how obnoxious she was.

The innkeeper laughed, wincing in cheer at the affection. "I dunno whose wolf you are, but you're certainly friendly!" Gren smiled, scratching him behind the ears with both hands. "Who's a good fellah?"

She looked at the floor, "The longer you stay, the easier it is to forget." Tail uncurled and ruffled here and there, "At first it was to finally be able to rest but... it's much more fun hiding as a fun little fox than a worthless burned demon."

"BWOOF," was all Spunky gave him. He gave a wargly grumble of delight at the scratches. SO HAPPPPYYYYYY! Here! Let me lick you more!

"You're not worthless!" huffed Malachai. "You mean a lot to me! It was lonely, being the only demon here. I missed you! You understood!"

Gren stepped back to regain his balance, leaning against the fridge. "You hungry, fella? Huh?"

Hungry? Hunnnnnnngrrrrrry? ALWAYS. All paws on the floor, Spunky let out a hoowwwwwwwwwwwwling yes.

A trained smile, "I apologize, Malachai, I hadn't meant to hurt your feelings. I will be more considerate from now on."
