[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

"Well, you know, you know what?" he said, whispering in Sosol's ear: "I don't think I want to go back to Hell. Nope."  

[Astra_Senpai]

Honey squeaked a giggle on Tyler, "Oh 'our a proper Turkish bath, Garden Gate! I get the point, but I 'ope 'ou put the tool in t'eir place."

Looking to Kristen, Honey shrugged, "'Ou don't 'ave t' change a t'ing. I don't mind toning it down a bit more. Specially if I can keep talking t' 'ou." She went back to her text and started to...

Honey suddenly turned a shade of mauve, eyes widening a bit as she realized she'd said the last part out loud. She slowly continued typing her message out, trying her damndest to keep the ear to ear grin of embarrassment from showing.  

[Azana Brown]

"I don't blame you," Sosol answered him. "I've heard horrible reviews of the place."

"Would you expect anything less of me?" Tyler asked, that slightly smug smirk coming back, the memory a welcome distraction from all the things that now faced him.

"I thank you for--" Kristen paused, seeing the very clear change of color on Honey. It was a little confusing for her, particularly without being nosy. She didn't like being uncertain like this. "Well, I see no reason why I would stop talking to you, unless you left here and never returned."

Violet was up surprisingly early. Finals had been done, she spent some of her holidays with her family, and the new year had been very quiet. Reasoning the others had been a little rowdy, she snuck into the kitchen, beginning to dig out things for an excellent first breakfast.

There was nobody large awake, no...but there chibis.

Zippo peeked over from atop the fridge. "Hai Vaioretto!"  

[Azana Brown]

Violet's gaze darted up to the top of the fridge before relaxing. "Zippo...! You surprised me," she greeted him. "Want to help me make a really big breakfast for everybody?"  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Biigu burekufiisuto!" cheered the chibi, hopping down from the fridge to hug Violet's arm. Food was great!

Malachai walked into the Inn, biting his tongue with a giddy trot. So many cool things were happening!

Not shortly after, two men entered the inn after a long hiatus. With them came the smell of incense. They seemed to be bickering about something.

Mal, who'd been ignoring their bickering as they'd all come together, beelined to a plate of cookies, the first he'd ever made on his own (though heavily supervised), and brought them to the gods, offering them humbly for their sampling. "Sires."  

[Rei Yami Hikari]

Anubis nodded gratefully, and took a cookie from the plate. He smiled his usual gentle smile. "Marhaba, Malachai. How are you doing today?"

His uncle, on the other hand, seemed a bit upset.  

[Gren_Eckener]

The demon smiled kindly. "I'm doing very well, thank you, Sire Anubis. I hope that you enjoy these offerings; I made them myself."

He shyly offered the plate to Set, garnet eyes downcast. "Are you two doing well too?"  

[Rei Yami Hikari]

"I loved baked goods- I think they're great. I accept them with the brightest of smiles." He nodded. "My uncle's upset because of his birthday."  

[Gren_Eckener]

"W-why? Birthdays are supposed to be nice..." said Malachai. "I'm going to have my first one in June. Are they bad?"  

[Rei Yami Hikari]

"My uncle is convinced his birthday is bad luck." Anubis sighed.

"Because it is!"  

[Gren_Eckener]

The demon's tail switched curiously. Bad luck was serious business. "Bad luck, Sire?" he asked, nibbling a cookie.  

[Rei Yami Hikari]

"That's right." Set nodded, taking a cookie. "Nobody really celebrates my birthday- nobody ever did."
