[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

She did not have to be asked twice. She was quick to find a vacant sofa, though she did wait for him before sitting. Admittedly, anything but standing was a bit painful but she was ground accustomed to it. Biting hunger and burning flesh, ah the things a lady does for selfish freedoms. "I have herbs that could help you rest," she crooned a soft laugh. "Though if it's time based I'm afraid I don't have anything on hand, no imps or turners. It's poor form to adjust time, delicate work. Ah- I'm prattling, forgive me."

Thinking, she bit her lip, smiled, "You travel often, you'd mentioned? You must be a very hands on employer."

He dipped his head in a nod. "Yes, travelling through several time zones in a week does not do a body good." He offered a tired but charming smile, "Ah, I suppose I am. Many of the foreign companies I deal with insist on meeting the CEO firsthand before signing any major deals. Hopefully soon Bengali Corp will be well established enough that I won't have to be constantly travelling. I would really like to spend more time with Mal and Enta."

She perched comfortably, unwrapping her tail from her shoulders and around her legs- it could have easily been mistaken for a blanket if not for the occasional ruffle or idle twitch. "Certainly you don't fly to these places? I... don't believe I've met Enta, what an cute name."

His lips twitched into a fond smile. "I do fly... and yes, it is. Possibly the greatest thing our parents ever gave him was that lovely name..."  

[Astra_Senpai]

"Do you have many siblings or only Enta? I can't imagine I would have missed two handsome towers about the inn."

He shook his head. "Enta is very petite. And..." he paused, "I suppose Hana is also considered my sibling on some strange existential basis."  

[Astra_Senpai]

"Hana? Gracious, your parents had a talent in naming. Do they not assist you with the business?"  

[EntaBengali]

"They are both deceased." he informed her quietly, "They died in a plane crash last year, which is why I took over the business."  

[Gren_Eckener]

A tanned nose poked around the door frame of Felix's room.  

[Astra_Senpai]

She bowed her head slightly, ears flicking back a moment, "My condolences."

Clearing her throat, "What of Enta and Hana? Surely you can't be shouldering it all on your own? Running a Corporation on your own, dusk to dawn, that's something martyrs do. Or madmen." The last was met with a light chime of a chuckle, "Then again it takes a little madness to keep the machine running efficiently- doesn't it?"

"They are not involved in the company." Felix replied, "I do not want them getting caught up in the corporate machine. They are young and have lives to live. As for me, well..." he grinned, sharklike teeth on full display, "I rather enjoy the madness." his tail flicked as he glanced to his door with a hum, "Are you awake, dear?"

Mm-hmm...am I interrupting?" asked Malachai with an innocent yawn, blinking sleepily. "Cause I can go back to bed too if you want."  

[Astra_Senpai]

Precious. That little glow of affection was tantalizing. "I wouldn't mind if you joined us, Dear Malachai." She looked to Felix, "Would you, Mr. Bengali?"

He smiled warmly, a small purr already rumbling in his chest. "Not at all. Come here, darling. Did you sleep well?" he asked, the picture of the rumpled and still sleepy demon enough to make him fall in love all over again.

Puttering out in his pyjamas, Malachai nodded, rubbing an eye, tail dragging behind him in morning grog. "Uh huh...I dreamed that there was a room full of melon shaved iced, and that I had to eat my way out and got a nasty cold headache, so then I went swimming until I remembered that it isn't summer and woke up and now I'm all wonky."

He leaned on Felix, pecking his cheek fondly. "Hi."
