"I-it's okay," Kageko croaked, "The cold'll go away by itself. Plus, I didn't get it from working at the stand," her voice was still hoarse but she had managed to make it sound a little tiny bit better, at least she hoped she was, "I think I got it from trudging through the snow from Barton to here." She hadn't wanted to bother Yin with bringing her here and so had decided to cut through the woods, instead of using the road, so she could get to the inn quicker.

"Stop talking!" warned Zulma as she poured water and prepared tea. "Here have some. Ale, do you want tea too?" she offered.
"Hey Angeles. How are you?" she stopped her motion, almost pouring too much tea in a cup. "Angeles?" she raised an eyebrow.
"Are you okay?"

Angeles looked up at Zulma, almost exactly like an irritated cat would and she said in a dark voice, "MacPere said to relax cause I lost the bet. I'm bored."

"You lost the - " Zulma stopped and sighed taking a cup for herself.
She then walked to Angeles and sat at the table on top of which Angeles was.
"What was the bet?" she asked. She knew part of it from Gren, but was curious about the details.

Ale shook her head. "That's ok, Zulma, I'm fine. But thanks for the offer." she said, and started cheking out the stuff Zulma had brought.
"How is walking through a forest covered in snow a better way to get here?" she thought, at Kageko's statement. But didn't linger in it, she was not the best person to judge other people's action when snow was the issue.

That shut Kageko up. She knew from past experience that Zulma was not a person to mess with. Kageko looked to see that to add to her worries, Angeles was pissed too. "Great," she thought sarcastically as she quietly accepted a cup of tea from Zulma. She had to admit, it did smell good and the warm cup did feel nice in her hands.

Angeles watched Zulma come and sit by her and she uncurled herself and sat normally, albeit still on the table, "the bet was whether or not MacPere was too in touch with his feminine side. Gren was to be the indifferent judge and ask around for what people thought and then he would decide who won. only two people voted though and they both said MacPere was not too in touch with his feminine side, so I lost. But MacPere went and changed his wardrobe to be more manly."
She sighed and leaned rested her arms against her knees, "I told him he shouldn't need to change himself for the one he loved but i don't think he heard me."

Ayase stopped. "Wait. What do you mean, 'your magic is stronger than mine'? Let's see right now, Fenyx." Fenyx turned toward Ayase. "Can I still use magic to its fullest potential in this puppet-like body?"
"Of course. We were just going to do a basic fire skill."
The two walked to the main area of the inn, where everyone was resting. Fenyx got his incantation off slightly ahead of Ayase, to make up for his long activation key. "Suscitatio, lux lucis et vulgivagus umbrae, ardescat!" "Foa zoa cratia Socratia, ardescat!" A white and red blaze came forth out of Fenyx's wand, reacting with Ayase's yellow and red blaze. The white engulfed the yellow, and Fenyx was declared the winner. "Finally, I win a magical contest!"

Angeles flew off her table then and in a flash had pushed both the girl and Fenyx away from each other and then turned on Fenyx, "you know the rules!" she snarled glaring at him her eyes glowing red, "I specifically told them to you. And what's worse I'm quite sure you're aware that there is an Oblivian vampire here that is weak to fire do you want to kill him!?"

This was new, Ale thought, lifting her head from her work. Well, Angeles outburst wasn't, she would expect something like that. But Angeles was a hunter of her own race... Ale never imagined Angeles cared about Vincente. Then again... she didn't know any of them that well.

Kageko's eyes opened wide as Angeles leapt from the table and stopped the two wizards. "Note to self," she thought quietly, "do NOT do anything dangerous in the inn." She wondered what an Oblivian vampire was and figured that she'd need to research that once she'd gone home.
By now, Kageko had finished drinking about half the cup of tea. It was sweet and delicious.

"Oh, crap. Rules......... Oh, yeaaaaah! Those rules! You, know, when you go through hell your first time, you tend to forget them." In his mind, along with several sarcastic thoughts, he readied a fire spell, to go off with one word.
"Sister vampire, lay off. Fenyx, don't burn down the only sanctuary on this world for the sake of revenge. Ayase, welcome back." Fenyx, pinned, looked at the doorway. Rachel, his master, was standing there, eyes glowing slightly, runes covering her body.
"Ra-Ra-Ra-Rac-che-"
"Do not speak my name, puppet. You know that is the keyword."
"He tried to summon me into his own body. This is what he got."
Ayase walked toward the doorway. "Forgive me, I must leave now." She turned and left, not wanting or needing sanctuary, leaving Fenyx trapped by multiple vampires.

Zulma looked at Angeles disappearing to reappear next to to Fenyx. She blinked. The vampire was truly fast.
She sighed, not fulling understanding the scene in front of her.
"Angeles, if you think they are a threat, throw them out of the Inn." she said rubbing her temples. She had too much on her plate to deal with people's stupidity.

-Aris waltzed in with a shopping bag in hand and a that blasted car stillstuck tot the palm of the other hand , a spring in his step and a delightful expression on his face with Baharoth snug around hisneck like living scarf -
"Goood evening everyone!" -he stopped and exclaimed to everyone in the room quite cheerily before noticing what was going on, and hushed quickly feeling the tenseness in the room-

I am Vincente Valtiere Vincente watched in awe. "So many vampires here." He thought. He was also amazed at Angeles' speed. He emptied some blood into his shadowbanish wine, making it a truly sweet combo. He didn't taste it yet, but he was busy with this scene. "Thank you Angeles, I wouldn't want to die as a crisp." He said nodding. spill some blood for me, dear sibling
