i am sorry that you could see easily take my God's name in vain

for shame

why is it that when ever something goes wrong, people allows go wrong they blame God. but never praise him when things are good.

I'm seriously one step away from atheism, so basically what you are saying in terms of a god is just seemingly illogical in my mind. I don't need or want your pity so don't feel 'sorry' for my 'sinful' being.
I've gone into deep philosophical thought over life and alike and I have more or less drawn my own conclusion.
I'm not a religious man, I have my reasons for not being so.
I wish for you to no longer preach where it's not wanted.

i am not going to preach to you

i am just curious then, how was the galaxy created?
PostPosted: Fri Jul 29, 2005 7:19 am
Colision of light and dark matter resulting in hydrogen, the building block of the entire universe.
That's a theory.

And you are preaching, or rather flaunting your Christian values and beliefs. I don't need that.

so you would more sooner believe that the right wave of light collided with the piece of dark matter, which results in an explosion cause other dark matter and light waves to collide and expand. which then as the light and dark matter went out from the focal point, just happened to cool down and form gravity. this gravity then just happens to start to clump the matter together and create the stars. and then as the stars just happen to form, it cause the heavier pieces of matter form and clump together forming planets and moons. and it just happened, by freak chance that earth happened to have to right number of molecules and grava-metric position to create life

and then form this, we just happened to form by freak chance

if you want to believe that go right ahead.

i would more sooner believe that God created everything to be in the right place and that he controls everything- right down to the molecular form.

Personally I think it's just as feasible as a supernatural being creating everything we see, if not more so.
We're all entitled to our own beliefs, I just don't feel you have to ram your beliefs down my throat.

End of discussion.

you are mistaken, i have not said anything which is trying to get you to drop to your knees and take Jesus as your Lord and saviour.

and i will correct you on one thing- you are agnostic, not atheist. you said, and i quote

Personally I think it's just as feasible as a supernatural being creating everything we see, if not more so.

to be atheist- you do not believe in anything, that there is not such thing high deity. where as agnostics believe that could be a high deity, but that there is not enough information to know for sure

If you can read, I said I am bordering on atheist, I think the phrase I used was 'one step away'. Which is practically what I am. I'm a deist. Take away the god, it's atheism. One step away. Never did I say that I was an atheist.

Saying that I insulted your Christ and saviour is just the same bloody thing.

ROMG someone give the man a crucifix.
now you are being stereo typical

i dont want a crucifix because i worship a raisen Christ and a living God- that is more a catholic thing then a brethren thing
PostPosted: Fri Jul 29, 2005 8:01 am
Not really being stereotypical, I'm quite aware it is a Catholic thing. I was a Protestant until I fond my own way through logic and well, mainly just an expansion of knowledge.
I was really just being cynical, not stereotypical. Man....you need to work on your grammar too.
