Pretty much firu. I think you can only promote VC though. But I mean if he wanted to promote someone to VC simply to take over the guild, I suppose he could have, but the whole reason people USED to get VC was because they showed exemplary roleplaying, and decision making within the crew forum as crew to merit going up that high to help the captain out, and that meant that anyone who got to VC was a good potential candidate to take over the guild. Not so anymore. She has turned the whole crew and VC into a joke.

No, I think he could give it to anyone, isn't that how selling guilds works? And I don't think BB would have wanted me to be VC or captain because of a certain incident where he misinterpreted my words. XP Other than that, I am not commenting on the current situation with the crew and VC.
