Black Steel Arm is a Jutsu/Weapon(Mostly Jutsu)
It gives that arm amazing strength lets say it can it is stronger then Tsunade.
A Goo like steel covers the domaint arm and it will cover your bones, muscle, mostly everything in that arm. It only takes about 5% chakra out of every day and it almost unbreakable and no poison can enter from the arm (a perfect defensive)

Oh...So sarius resorted to bribing? >.< LOL ill think about it. Everybody is up for election but only one will win ^^
But i was wanting to give it to like a chuunin or something ya know?....It wouldnt be fair if a sanin ranked ninja gets a demon right/...but ill still think about it ^^

I understand I don't care I just like having demon to have it or use it when I need it...I love last resort type of things you should know that.

Kinda like when your level 100 lapras is down to only 23 health and one attack will kill it. And the only move you have is a 1 hit KO move!!!!
Or is that not what you meant?.....

pretty much is it
I like it having at least two or three last resort move, so it will make things way more interesting. Mostly I would use the Gobi for the 5 element thing (mostly do I know)
I wouldn't go demon simple like XD
wait I just remember does Curse Seal people people able to have demons?? I forgot...

Anybody know what I would have to do to learn kai to dispell genjutsu? I think I saw a rule about it once so I'm not really sure if I can just visit the local archives and then learn it.

Oh sorry then ^^ LOL.......Tear it off or something if you want the demon ^^......wait....
If you tear off the portion of skin that the cursed seal is on...And place it on the smae spot on someone elses body...Then they would get it and oyu could be purified!!!! ^^

Also Kit, with the Gobi, I would say I'll buy it off of you, but I kinda can't. ALL of the money I have on me (123k) will be going in to the Tournament... But you probably wouldn't give it to me anyways because I am on thin ice with you.
But Saruis: I'll take that Cursed Seal off you if you want? I know a ninja who soon will be able to transplant the skin for us. Only if you want though.

LOL i keep my oppinions biased when it comes to the guild ^^ I have to im a crew member. While i may not like some people if they prove that they have the stuff...then i give them what they deserve.

Also I look at the Curse Seal thing it didn't say anything about not able to get a demon, but I could be wrong ^^
And I was just asking for the Gobi because I am bored and it was the most fun so far today lol
