but thats all the downloads for that printer, the drivers, the programs and the patches.

EDIT: i looked at ordering a replacement CD for you, but the only option it gives you is back to those downloads, aparenlty those downloads are all the programs that came on the CD.
The only waay you'll get the programs now is to download them.

what error message do you get when you try to use it?

It just says that the software hasn't been installed. I ran the CD the first time I noticed that and all it did was just try to uninstall the programs >.>

maybe try uninstalling it all, then reinstall it. It sometimes fixes some problems, then I'd download the patches of the site.

Nah, it's not worth the effort. I've mentioned it a few times but there's no reason why he'd know any more about it than I do.
