Kit had apparently nodded off on the couch, and awoke in the same place.
Yawning, she glances about, noting the Inn was rather quiet right now.

The mist of sleep had pulled Zulma in a world of dreams and nightmares. She could hear a song in the back. However she was unable to identify it. At first it sounded soft and nice...but slowly it started seeming twisted...as if something was wrong with the instruments...or the players.

Zulma saw three bodies staring at her with a smile. Three men, naked with only a shirt on. The white shirt she had given Karasu on the morning. The male shirt she had found in her closet. She looked at them, they were immobile and a ray of light brightened their faces...Karasu...MacPere...Gren...

Zulma stepped back and hit a wall. She felt the hard structure behind her back and her hands. She looked side to side as the light faded out and darkness spread. The men disappeared. Soon she could see nothing. She was breathing with difficulty. A figure appeared, coming closer and closer, towards her. It seemed that this oppressive mass was taking forever to come to her. She shook her head, she wanted to move but she was trapped. She could not do anything but stare.

A diffuse light seemed to accompany the creature advancing on her. As it came closer she could see the face...'What?' she gasped. The man tilted his head to one side, very slowly, his eyes staring at her, a smirk growing on his lips. One eye was Karasu's, one eye was Gren's and when he reached for her face with his hand, she noticed it was MacPere's.

Zulma tried to move, to shake her head, but the hand stroke her cheek. The hand was cold, like an ice cube. She wanted to speak, to shout it to go away. But she stayed mute. The man smirked and opened his mouth to speak, his lips moved...but the sound came from behind her, from the wall and she jumped feeling a cold shiver running down her spine.

The voice whispered, as if a mouth was by her neck, by her ear. "This is mine... mine.... don't you remember?" the voice was threatening without ever raising its volume, the hiss was making Zulma's limbs numb and she slide on the floor. "You should never forget... mine..." Her mind was screaming, her mouth was dry, her eyes wet with tears.

In front of her the creature had crouched and was staring at her some more. Titling its head from one side to the other, very slowly, as if it were examining her. The lips were moving every time the voice spoke but it always came from behind her. "How could you...? This is mine."

Zulma was about to pass out when she saw a light with in its middle a huge shadow. Gathering her last strength Zulma raised a hand towards the light and whispered in the mist of her tears. "Please..." She felt arms lifting her up as she lost consciousness.

Zulma opened her eyes. She was shaking and sweaty. She did not move from her bed. She stared at the ceiling. The first rays of sun shine were dancing through the curtain. She felt dizzy. Her face was still wet of tears and her heart racing. She still had trouble breathing. She slowly wrapped her arms around her chest. "Calm down...it was just a dream...just a dream..." she told herself in a whisper, the sound of her own voice seemed to bring her back to the reality. "You are safe. Karasu loves you. MacPere and Gren are your friends. You are safe....safe..."

{{Huge post of kick-me-in-the-face. Nice.}}
Kit's sensitive ears flick towards the stairs.
The Inn was quiet enough that she could hear stirrings from what she assumed was Zulma's rooms.
Someone's aliiiive.

Angeles seemed to materialize into the main room of the inn. She appeared as a dark shadow, unmoving, among the growing light of the sun in the center of the room. Her hat shadowed her face and her small thin sunglasses helped to further protect her sensitive eyes from the light. Her thick black coat protected her body from the heat, and her weapons protected her from everything else.

However she felt that she needed no protection. This place was a sanctuary ever since the war between B.O.O and S.I.N. Ever since her good friend Zulma had invited her inside. Angeles lifted her head and reache a delicate-looking hand to her eyes where she pushed down the sunglasses onto the bridge of her nose and looked around. Life was scarce and Zulma was missing, most likely still asleep.

Angeles reached into her pocket and withdrew one of the many blood candies Zulma had made for her and began to unwrap it as she made her way to the darkest corner of the room, the one with a small table and a single chair. 'Her corner' as it can to be known in her mind. Angeles set the deathwhisper on the table and let herself fall into the chair. She would not impose this morning and get the draught of blood herself. She would, instead, wait.

She glanced at another occupant in the room, a strange creature it seemed, but Angeles paid it little more mind than to acknowledge that it was there. She slipped the blood candy into her mouth and let the sweet yet salty flavor melt against her tongue.

Kitsuy merely glanced at the vampire, eyes following her figure until she sat in the corner, before she returned to her musings, pulling a sketchbook from her bag.
Humming quietly, she began to sketch the inside of the Inn.

Ultima slashed away at the dream hands. "Back off!" Ultima screamed for help. "Star! Knightsoul! Legend!" He climbed back through the darkness again. He streched out his hand one last time. He was swallowed into the blackness. He awoke with a start. "Augh!" He was screaming like a child afraid of the dark. He stopped screaming when he saw his cover was ripped.

Gren, through chance, actually managed to fall asleep. He turns in his sleep, somewhat fitfully.

Angeles looked up when she heard the sound of a pencil against paper and saw that the creature had begun to draw. Upstairs the sounds of life could be heard, some sounded like their life was less than pleasant, but hopefully, with the horror holiday past and the joyous one approaching, life would become better. Angeles licked her lips as the blood candy was gone and Zulma was still nowhere to be found.

Angeles stood and walked to the counter and got herself a glass of blood. She slid over it again and carefully walked back to her chair sipping the blood calmly and sat back down, waiting for something interesting to happen.

Eyes opening a fraction, Gren remembered where he was and winced. He wasn't supposed to be away from Callisto; he was a man on the run. It would be awful if the feds found him here: that'd be too much trouble for everyone.

Besides which, he'd already been more than unfair to most involved. Some were getting too close. He was thrilled. And terrified.

Karasu walked in with two bags of groceries. Head saw Angeles and nodded to her and walked to the kitchen placing the bag on the counter and started putting everything where it goes. He finished and decided to go upstairs to check on Zulma he softly knocked on the door at first.

Rolling onto his front, Gren hugged the pillow and sighed. Even if he never got caught, and even if we was never turned in, there was still the insurmountable knowledge that he'd have to live with those scars. The prison. The experiments. The stigmas. Things he'd lived through, cried through, been insane through.

He'd come to terms with a lot of it, but had yet to exercise this supposed stability. He'd kept a nice distance most of the time. He liked that, but he missed real friends. But full disclosure was such a far-fetched idea...they'd reject him utterly. The thing that he was.

She was in a very good mood, as she trailed along the path back to Inn. The energy in her body pulsed at the rythm of her steps, reminding her how fulfilling it had been to dance under the moonlight. She remembered how her barefoot feet slided swiftly in the dirt, how the night breezze blewn through her hair, how the moonlight made her tattoos shine, how the sounds of the creatures of the night mingled with the song in her head.
She had felt at peace. It was all she ever wanted.
She speeded up her pace a little. She wanted to return to the Inn and share this feeling with her friends.

MacPere entered the inn with a song, bellowing it brashly and loudly, disregarding any sleeping patrons as he jumps to the piano with hasty greetings, playing low chords and singing at a slightly lower volume than previous.

"You ain't nothin' but a hound dog~ Cryin' all the time~! You ain't nothin' but a hound dog~ Cryin' all the time~! Well, you ain't never caught a rabbit and you ain't no friend of mine~!"

Oh, he felt good today~

Angeles looked up as the door opened to the inn and nodded to Karasu as he came in with, what was apparently, groceries. He then went upstairs. Angeles kept her ears trained on his footsteps. It wasn't because she didn't trust him, but because she wanted to listen and perhapse find out why Zulma had yet to come out of her room.
