Luke continued on, getting more nevous the further he got away from the campsite.

-ten guards are waiting near the edge of the forest with a bag of money to see the captured demons-

(ryoshi goes to on top of a tree to see the guards)

Nya caught up to Luke and was going to try to confort him, but forgot she had the handuffs on and ended up just lightly hitting the back of his arm.

Luke smiled at Nya for a moment, appreciative of the attempt. He looked back ahead, saw the humans standing guard, and gulped. There was no telling what they would do... Humans were so unpredictable...

-The guards saw forms in the distance and started getting restless-


-flying overhead, Pheonix sees the guards and watches while holding byakko-

Byakko sqwirmed a little seeing the gaurds, but stayed still for the most part so it wouldn't be difficult for Pheonix to fly.
Nya saw the gaurds and wanted to turn and run or start crying in fear, but she knew that wouldn't make Luke feel any better about this. Instead, she put on a smile so that way she wouldn't look like she was afraid. Please let them put us in cages instead of ty to kill us on the spot...

Luke took a deep breath, then turned to Nya. "Ready...?"

(ryoshi sees that the deal is starting)
the deal seems to be going well...

She smiled and nodded. "Ready as ever." She tried to sound happy, but is was obvious she was a little scare by how high pitched and squeaky her vioce had gotten.

-seeing the approaching demons the guards bring forth two small cages, the captian of the guards comes forth holding the bag of gold-
Hey, come forth to claim you reward and hand over the demons.

(ryoshi gets to the edge and throws a smoke bomb so they can only see a silhouette of him)
throw me the money and they're yours

Luke had been staring at the cage before Ryoshi created the smokescreen. Would he fit into such a tiny box? Or, would it matter? When Ryoshi got his money, couldn't they just leave there and then?
