[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

Kageko sighed, "Okay," she relented, "I'm not you so I can't really know what you're feeling right now, but just know that we're all here for you," she smiled a genuine smile, "A lot of us have had pretty wierd pasts so we might be able to help." Kageko felt that she should refer to herself a bit, as much as she disliked doing that, it might help Star. "I mean, look at me!" she pointed at her eyepatch, "It's not everyday that you see a teenage girl with an eyepatch, right?" With that, she jumped back down from the window, remembering to close it as she fell.

Yin and Yang settled back down on their respective tables. Yang decided that the flowers should be farther away from the fire and closer to a window, so he started moving the baskets over to another table, he started with his basket first.  

[Gren_Eckener]

Taking his plate and eating the has browns thoughtfully, he reflected on the day. "There are always interesting people to be seen. The really shamshingly drunk ones tend to get loud, but buy me drinks. What I worry about is when they start getting other ideas...today, this one guy decided I was his new best friend and tried to follow me home.

Getting petted by MacPere, he grinned. "Now now, unwrapping it is part of what makes a present great."  

[Valentine Valtieri]

Vale bumped Erik's arm and he turned his head. He threw on his shadowhood so none could see his face, then he left upstairs. Vale waved a goodnight to everyone and followed almost at the same time as him. Ultima tilted his head confused then started to think for a while. He eventually fell asleep.

"Heh, I guess so~" MacPere pecked Gren's cheek before standing and pacing to the bar, fixing himself a simple gin.

"follow you home huh? -Aris grinned -"might w am a be careful. Theres some creepy people out there."

Kageko walked back into the inn to see that Aris had arrived and the flowers had been moved. "Hey Aris!" she greeted while she thought to Yang, "Good idea."

After taking a few minutes to calm down Star sighed.I might as well say I sorry while I still have a chance too...She slowly got up feeling bad for what she did earlier.She unlocked the door and slowly made her way down stairs.After managing to quickly skim through everyone she finds Gren and MacPere.She slowly walks over to them."Gren..MacPere.." she looks down, "I'm sorry for what I did earlier..it was really uncalled for..".  

[MacPere]

"Hm? Oh sweetheart, don't worry about it. I apologise for my accidental attempts to father you... My mind is trying to make up for lost time, I guess." MacPere placed his gin down on the counter and held out a hand for a shake. "Forgive me?"  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Yeah, no kidding, Aris...but hey, I'm a bit tougher than I look, so it all works out."

At Star's arrival and apology, he quietly listened, and smiled warmly. "Thanks, Star...it's got to be pretty frustrating, so the occasional blow-up is all right." He pats her head gently.

"I never said you werent, I was merely implying MacPere might get a little jealous!"

-he winked at Gren and looked to the stairs seeing Kage come downstairs he greeted her accordingly, with a hand to ruffle her hair-

"Happy solstice hun, how are you tonight?"

Star ran into MacPere hugging him.Though after doing so she hopes it was ok.She nods at MacPeres question to her.She looks up"What do you mean by 'make up for lost time'..?" she bit her tongue after asking remembering it was really none of her business.

Ultima's eyes flashed open. He'd missed a little bit. He got up. Erik was nowhere to be seen. He wanted to join the conversation, but it wasn't his. He saw Erik had left some sake in the cup. He took the rest of it and shivered. It was good, but powerful. He set Erik's cup back down.  

[Angeles Valentine]

Angeles sat at her table and watched. She felt her heart sink slightly as Vincente left saying that he would be gone for a while, then her eyes burned slightly as a new friend of Erik and Ultima's came inside. she turned her gaze to the wall and ignored them. She closed her eyes, refraining from carving into the wood of the table and distracted herself with wondering when MacPere would officially begin the game.  

[MacPere]

MacPere blinked as Star hugged him, furrowing his brow at the initial shock of it. He slowly closed his arms around her and pat her back. "I'm glad we are in agreement then~" He spoke, laughing lightly.

At the posed question, MacPere's laughter subsided into a solemn sigh, gaze flickering up to Gren. "I... Well..." He spoke in an extremely low whisper, into her ear. After all, if you kept secrets from young ones, they would always end up finding out anyway. "I had a child, but he died before I could see him."

"Oh.." she said in a whisper so no one would hear her and wonder what she said 'oh' to.She remembered the Ouija board that was in her closet but hesitated saying she had one;knowing some people were scared of them,or at least freaked out about them.She also remembered how children that weren't born in the real world grow up spiritually, so she didn't know how MacPere would react to that if she were to telepatucly show images of his child to him.
