[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

MacPere blinked down at Star, bewildered. S-Surely she was bluffing... Able to speak with his wife or see his son for the first time...? He wasn't entirely sure he wanted to... What if she blamed him for her death?

He brought a hand up to his mouth, feeling his eyes begin to well some and his breaths quicken. The thought of Lyn blaming him as he had done himself all this time...

"Wow," Kageko couldn't help but comment at Angeles's list of troubles, "How much did I miss?" she asked as she lifted up one basket while Yang got ready to lift up another. Yin moved to follow them, but Kageko gave him the, "Don't worry, just stay here," look, getting her to sit down.

-he left the first two topics alone and stayed focused on the third-

"Seduce you? Human name? well then you will have to let me know how that goes, but for tonight im going to have to cut this short, I have things to do in the morning and need to get to sleep"


-and with that he got up and headed for the stairs putting a hand on her shoulder as he walked passed her waving and saying goodnight to everyone-

"Oh sure, no-Eli?! Wh-what's wrong?" The quick breathing, the glassy eyes...was he upset?  

[Angeles Valentine]

Angeles stood as she saw MacPere and she said Gren's name to address him to the problem. She walked around the table and walked over to the man, "please do not cry my friend you will break my heart," she bit her lip slightly then turned to Star, "young lady, take it from someone who has died, the dead are best left alone."

Star sensed MacPere geting upset."I'm sorry if I made you upset MacPere..I thought it would be nice for you to talk with them..and that if there were problems unsolved it would be the time to be on the same page.." she said frowning.She noticed Angeles slightly narrow her eyes at her...it's not my fault I was born with the ability to see and talk with spirits.. she thought upset.

MacPere snapped from his daze and shook his head, forcing a smile. "N-Nothing, dear. I'm perfectly fine~" He blinked constantly to rid the glaze over his eyes and breathed deeply, smiling all the while.

Move past it, Eliwood, move past it...

"Excuse me~" He hustled himself into the kitchen and leaned over the sink, attempting to gather his spirits. He felt as though he were going to heave, but felt elated at the same time. Among emotions, dread was certainly not his favourite.

"I think it's time for you to go to bed child," said Angeles in a low tone to Star as she watched MacPere go to the kitchen. She wanted to go to him but knew that that was Gren's job.

Ultima yawned. He wanted to do something, but nobody was in a casual mood. He relaxed in his chair and decided to wait it out. He twisted his wings several times until they started to ache. He simply spread them wide out and yawned again.

Star heard Angeles comment and looked down.Maybe it's best if I keep my big mouth shut... she thought hatting herself for upsetting her friend.Star said nothing at Angeles comment and quietly slipped to her room.

Wondering just what in the world was going on, he followed, dutifully. Ask questions later. Just be there.

He got inot the kitchen and stood by, quietly, rubbing MacPere's back lightly.

"... What if she does make contact and Lyn blames me?" MacPere asked in a near whisper after a good few minutes of silence. His gaze never left the sinks depths as he could feel something start from the pit of his stomach, whether it be from worry or his last meal feeling the need to make an early exit.

Kageko and Yang stepped out into the brisk winter air. Immediately, the flowers seemed to stand up straighter. The flowers sucked up the energy of the cold, making the air around them warm while they remained cold. As Kageko and Yang placed the basket down to figure out where to place the flowers, those on the edge had already gained enough energy to start blooming a little.
"We can't put it in easy reach of people," Kageko mused to herself, "especially there are some people at the inn whose energy is at least partially drawn from yin."
Yang was looking around when she had a brilliant idea, "What about the trees? The ones by the lake don't see any light! The flowers will look the best there. Plus, they might be able to light the place up enough to even ice skate one it."
Kageko thought about it, "True, the flowers only need cold and darkness to grow, they don't even grow roots unless they need to. However, we should also place some on the path to the lake as well." Kageko agreed to the idea as well.

By now, some of the flowers had completely bloomed, looking like white roses. Not to mention, the little balls on the vines hanging directly beneath the blooming flower had also peeled away their outer green layer to reveal what looked like white berries.

Angeles walked back to her table and sat down, reclining uneasily in her chair. It was past midnight, Christmas was over, she felt that she was permitted to be a b***h again, "Ultima, flaunt your wings or any other part of your body that you have mutilated to no longer human again, and I'll tear them off."

Ultima thought for a second. "Don't angel wings grow back, and even if you ripped my wings off, wouldn't i bleed out?" He asked. She wouldn't kill him, would she?
