[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

"...I...I don't know." This first time he'd ever had to use such a weak answer. It didn't sit well with him, but it was honest.  

[MacPere]

MacPere slowly turned his head to Gren and shook it slightly, running hand through his hair. "Nor do I... I just..." A sigh. "Nor do I..."

He slowly turned and slipped his arms around Gren's back, resting his head against the man's chest and apologising softly over and over again.  

[Gren_Eckener]

Gren held him quietly. If he could deduce anything from this, it was something about seeing the dead. Spooky business, best left be. "There's nothing to be sorry about...you just try to calm down a little."  

[Angeles Valentine]

"I doubt they're angel wings child," she said her eyes beginning to glow as she bore a dangerous smile, "you're far too tainted."  

[Valentine Valtieri]

Ultima smirked. "Ok then, they might still grow back." He said. He wondered if he died, could he use aura from a feather to revive himself. "Do I seem tainted to you?" He asked with an innocent smile.

Star sat up in her bed and looked down."I don't suppose you could tell me how you feel about the accident.." she said after sighing;calling out quietly as if she is trying to ask MacPeres dead wife,not at all to sure if the spirit was near to hear or would want to answer.She hugged her knees.I am such a screw up.. she thought.  

[MacPere]

MacPere nodded his head and closed his eyes, slowly calming his nerves. Once his breathing had reached an even point, he murmured against Gren's chest, tightening his grip for a moment. "... I don't know what I would do without you, Grencia..."  

[Angeles Valentine]

"What you seem and what I know are two completely different things," she said, "and it does not matter if they grow back, that will only mean that i get to tear them off again and cause you more pain."  

[HeadlessKoko]

Kageko and Yang came back in with empty basekts, they had finished lining the short path to the lake with the flowers along with a little area right in front of it. They entered the inn only to find a huge amount of tension hanging in the air.
".... What happened?" Kageko asked as she confirmed the tension by quickly scanning through everyone's aura.  

[Gren_Eckener]

He embraced MacPere snugly. "Neither do I..." He was, admittedly, a bit anxious. If Star did manage to summon the wife, what then would she make of him? A homewrecker from beyond the grave? Egad.

"Hey, um...did you want to spend the night with your thoughts? I don't want...to intrude or anything."  

[Valentine Valtieri]

Ultima shrugged. "You wouldn't, i'm sure you have at least one shred of decency." He said. He felt his back. "Plus, you wouldn't want all that blood over the inn, that would be against the no violence rule." He said. Vale came downstairs, then stopped. She gave a quick glance at Ultima and continued on her way. Erik however, was still upstairs. She went back upstairs and Ultima heard a door close.  

[MacPere]

MacPere managed a small laugh and looked up at Grencia, smiling softly. "The 'without you' rule applies at night too, Gren. Besides... I think that sleeping alone is the last thing I want to be doing..."

He walked a pair of fingers up the inside of one of his lover's arms, taking it across his collar bone and stopping. "You don't mind, do you?"  

[Gren_Eckener]

"No, not one bit...besides, I've kind of got a gift for you..." He took he hand placed on his clavicle and brushed his lips against the knuckles, warm breath tickling slightly.

(Getting sleepy...it's been a loooong day)  

[MacPere]

"A gift for me~? You shouldn't have..." MacPere cooed, watching Gren take his hand. "Well... Shall we see it?"

(Tell me about it. Christmas is always particularly long-winded.)  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Well...it's not much...but it does involve a ribbon." He tugged slightly toward the door, cocking an eyebrow. "But it's something special; not something I'd just give anyone." His tone implied precisely what he meant.
