It takes a person with a Bijuu to use it...
its like summoning a major summon... which is like 2 Srank jutsus.

Naruto728 What about controlling it? Umm its like controlling 10 puppets at a time you cant use more than one at a time even for a human puppet it is impossible to use two.

Sasori was a human puppet...he's just saying that the amount of concentration along with chakra to be used needs your complete attention or else it wouldn't function properly. Human puppets still only have one mind...then again with two minds...

Fenrir you cant learn puppetry...
You fail the basic requirements...
Dude kaguya's are not that proficient in ninjutsu or chakra control...
Puppetry requires LOTS OF CHAKRA CONTROL AND NINJUTSU SKILL which you dont have.
Oh and giant puppets like that ... needs a Bijuu to use cause of the shear amount of chakra used in controlling it.
Hmm maybe I should put that forward to the crew.
