Shane was out of chakra, but Kale still had 4x that amount due to his Angel. Gennin aren't allowed to learn S-Rank. But that doesn't mean they don't have S-Rank Chakra.

Its simple. Take away everything that we have added. keep the new things that are being added in the show to keep it interesting of course, but take away the angels, the cyborgs and all that other bullshit. Cut it back to the originals and people will stop being weird about it.

Did you read the whole thing? They both talked about it. Kale had Fire Resistance Jutsu on and Shane was already resistant to it. Plus, Kale May have made more Clones, but it does cost one chakra per clone dude. It would cost that chakra every time you use the Jutsu, and plus it is like Naruto. Making that many clones isn't hard. They Are both Jinchuriki. Shane Did well (good Job Shaney) But Kale had the Upper hand, being the 8 Winged Jinchuriki he has more chakra than Shane. like double.. Without it, He would have lost though.
