First day of police training we had to learn self defence and they had the person come up and try to stab the teacher and he picked me he flipped me i rolled useing momentum and sent him flying he passed me and said i could relax during that segment XDD

I am 23 a cop and i have a mastery of 3 matial art not to mention collage degree i could probly teach at you school XDD
