Bipolar, to be frank, I do not give a half s**t how the RP sample looks like. The format, or anything. I also don't give a half s**t about assurances of good use.
I'll look at the sample, see which I think would use it better, and will approve.
Simple.
And I know I will have opposition. That's what will make it fun.

The Fall is Inevitable I already gave the fangs to Ryugan. Tough luck. Also, Dizz, I'm taking that Mugen Tousen thing or whatever from Grass when I assault. And I'm going to use it. >.> So don't ask for it. ((then you would have god modded because they have been locked up in Senju manor where only SENJUS can get into...They cant be reached by austin because you need a certain thing to get to them..and Only Hiro can get to them right now... Tough luck for you actually...sorry to say he cant have them.Unless Hiro can get them out of were he put them :/ that or Alica gives them to him...

I didn't do anything. I simply told his character he could have it. He's the one who will obtain it.
I don't care about some weapon. I'll make my own weapons. @_@
The only one I want is the Mugen. For many reasons.

Bipolar Phoenix Sen: In HV it depends >.> I just had a Sannin and a bad a** Genin, but I killed both off in exchange for an old RPC I had, whom I brought back as an E-Ranked Rogue and then I made Arielle and Idony's sister, Kai. You should know who they are if you are keeping up on current events. And, that would mean I basically have two Genin RPC's. But ah.. that won't be for too long. I'll just go around beating up Kage's until I'm S-Ranked. Which, there actually is only one Kage D: Kaito Hibiki and Arielle are taking over the world ._. And nobody is going to oppose them because it's Misu.. and he's just too good to be defeated by.. anyone really D':

No one knows currently where all those arc weapons are unless the kage at the time told that person and that person told someone else. Like Kazuma is the only one who knows where the other Konoha Arc weapon is and he already has the one.
