Like Kazuma is the only one who knows where the other Konoha Arc weapon is and he already has the one. lol, Ryugan just knows they exist and supposedly every village has one..

Explain what 'All are retarded' means then, please? I must have misunderstood what the words all, are, and retarded meant.. Not stirring up an argument, but I suppose I'm wrong and need a new definition of all three of the words. ._.
I don't take the word 'retard' lightly. Saying stupid would have been fine. Dumb. Appalling. Ignorant. Stuff like that is fine. Don't say retarded. How would you feel if you had someone close to you that was mentally disabled and someone just went around throwing that word around like it was something that was part of common vocabulary and was to be taken lightly?
