I killed my first 3 people (Who were one rank higher than me, first two i was genin, third i was chunin) with no bloodline and only 5 techniques.

I second that..I only got Neo as apart of my plan to get an upper hand on genjutsu..thus making Sharingan weaker against me.

btw, My rpcs usually would be Uchiha's but I'm knda getting old of them . I mean, what I can fight with my eyes closed? they're screwed

Negative J3T btw, My rpcs usually would be Uchiha's but I'm knda getting old of them . I mean, what I can fight with my eyes closed? they're screwed There is a bloodline which is blind and deaf. Uses a sixth sense sorter thing.

Nope, but it says it has all the weaknesses of normal byakugan, and Blood red eyes can effect normal byakugan, meaning byakugan has a weakness to it, so thus, so does neo.

ACTUALLY, Since your going on a technical note, It is NOT listed as a weakness, therefore it is not. Also it is lv 1 versus lv 2 bloodline 2 would win.
