{Bit?} Yang asked looking at Yin.
Yin waved it away, {Long story, don't worry about it.} She was slightly aggravated that they had to tell everything, but she didn't see a way out.
Yang waited for Yin to continue, seeing nothing wrong with telling Aris the whole story. Apparently, Yin was the one who got Kageko's secrecy.
{Fine,} Yin started.
"Fine," Yang repeated.
They told Aris about a mentor and caretaker of Kageko's and how the mentor had sealed away her memories. The name was apparently a seal on the memories. Yang added in another comment about how the two of them thought that the memories were yet another seal, but they didn't know what that seal was for. For that comment, Yin gave him a dirty look but didn't stop him. If she did, it would have just looked more suspicious. Apparently, something about the memories or with the memories would be dangerous for Kageko. Why? Neither of them knew. With that, the two were done. Even in that explanation, they glossed over the details. Like who the mentor was exactly and how they had learned about Kageko's real name.

"Well then..."

-he sighed-

"That girls got enough secrets from the world...funny twist that we have one we have to keep from her..."

-he stood up-

"Well I wanna find out more about this caretaker. Do you two have any leads or do you plan to research this any further as is? I'm sure you two have theory's, but I wont ask them tonight, we've covered quite a bit of ground. I wont tell her, but we should get to the bottom of this so we know exactly what were dealing with here. Agreed? You two never seemed too too enthused about being anywhere near me, for whatever reason is unbeknown-st to me, but either way, i'm sure we can find out something."

both Yin and Yang thought simultaneously, Well, the last part was thought by only Yin, but Yang was also thinking of something similar to it, it was just much nicer sounding.

At that moment, Kageko came in, sopping wet and trying her best not to shiver, which was working. "Can someone get me a towel?" she asked after making sure that her teeth weren't chattering.
PostPosted: Sun Jan 10, 2010 10:52 pm

"Heh" -Aris let out a chuckle as he went to the kitchen area to get a towel for Kage-

"Sure thing"

-coming back from the kitchen he walked over to kage and opened the towel placing it on her head and rustling her hair-

"did ya have fun out there?"

Too preoccupied with stopping herself from shivering, Aris had managed to rustle Kageko's hair, which triggered her to bite his hand and snarl. That is, if she hadn't stopped herself in time and just bit the air near his hand and let out a quiet growl. "Not really," she said as dried herself, "I just fell into the lake accidentally." For the moment, that was the simplest explanation she could think of without lying.
{You came out at the wrong place, didn't you,} Yin asked, silently laughing.
Kageko retorted, {Didn't you nearly drop us off a cliff when you warped us to a mountain?}
{That was only once,} Yin defended.
As for Yang, he simply asked, in a worried voice, {Are you ok?}

-laughing and putting a hand up Kaze came back to him whirling around and he started heading for the stairs-

"Well ill let you three be as usual, I dont wanna make Kage too uncomfortable, or make her feel like she has to tell me something shes hiding. At least thats what im assuming is the usual reason for you darting away from me whenever I try and have a nice conversation with you."

-he laughed a little more and winked and proceeded to head up the stairs to Ales room telling Kaze to calm down a bit so they didnt wake her as they entered. Taking his shoes off and rolling up his pantleg he noticed the black ice had nearly gone up to his knee and he couldnt feel his toes anymore-

"Well....lets see what happens" -he whispered to himself as he climbed into bed slowly and fell asleep with his arms wrapped around Ale-

((lol night Kage, thanks for a fun night with the balance twins wink ))

Ultima walked around with the sythe on his back. Death would have taken his power back, but he hadn't. Maybe he died. Ultima laughed at the thought. He sat down, feeling the fabric of the robe. It wasn't anything human for sure.

(OOC: Heh, good night.)

Kageko waved Aris good night, pretending not to hear the last comment so she didn't have to answer. She turned to Yin and Yang and asked, "Is there something wrong with Aris? His aura's not normal."
{His leg,} Yin responded, {It's covered with this black ice. It kind of looks like he has frostbit and then he decided to cover the frostbite with ice. He says that it's been spreading.}
"But Aris controls ice," Kageko mused out loud, "Him having frostbite is like Yin being affected by SIN magic," she wasn't worried about anyone eavesdropping.
{I never said it was frostbite,} Yin replied.
Yang voiced his opinion, {Aris doesn't know what it is either. He just got it and Ale said something about it being a side affect of a 'blessing',} and he finished with a confused expression, {but why would a blessing give something for him to worry about?}
Before Kageko could say something, Yin interrupted, "Ale said something about someone name Hikari giving Aris a blessing. It could be the same blessing."
"Hikari?" Kageko asked, the name sounded strangely familiar, but she didn't know from where she heard it. she tried her best to remember, her conscious didn't even think about analyzing what Yin and Yang were thinking.
Yin and Yang looked at each other. {So she was losing her memories,} the two thought solely to each other.
Yang brought Kageko outof her reverie, {Erm, why would a blessing be something to be afraid of?}
Kageko's conscious eagerly grabbed that question and dragged her away from trying to remember. "For everything that is given, a price of equal must be paid either to the giver, from the reciever, or both. It seems that, in this case, the price must be paid from the reciever. Whether or not the reciever benefits from this case is unknown, but it is also possible."
Yang nodded in understanding while Yin started heading up with an , {I'm going to head to bed,} look.
"We should follow," Kageko suggested and headed up, making sure to turn off all the lights.
Yang nodded and followed them.

(OOC: I've got to sleep now, night. If you're bored Ultima, make a super long post in Blazing. Also, it kind of looks like that Legend quit it.)

Sosol had kept himself busy attending to patrons and trying to pick up lessons along the way. The strangest had been a man who walked in, talked to a few people, left a deck of cards on the table, and walked out to who-knew-where. Curious as usual, he slipped a pair of the cards into his pocket...one for himself, and one for Azana, whenever she got back from tailing MacPere and company.

Working at the Inn wasn't as difficult as he first thought, though he was still a little shy around the room full of strangers. As a result, he hadn't really made conversation, just put down the food and drink with a nod. Hopefully no one thought of him as a mute...

I really wish she'd get back...this is starting to get awkward...

Kageko walked down the stairs, stretching. Both Yin and Yang had gone back home while she was asleep so she had noone to talk to, really. As she came down the stairs, she noticed that the man that Azana knew, Sosol, was now working as a bartender. At least, that's what it seemed like. "Hello," Kageko greeted, deciding to not bring up her suspicions again, at least not at the moment, "How are you doing?".

Sosol turned to the voice, recognizing the young girl by her face. He grinned, knowing that his eyes were kind of hard to see, even with lighter glass on his shades. "Kageko, yes? I've kind of been filling in, since the usual people are on leave. Hopefully they'll want to keep me. Are you feeling better?"

The girl, he remembered Azana saying, was unusually perceptive and had some sort of connection to an Unnatural Element. He could see it, even though she couldn't, though some things were obscured by the short-circuit her mind had from the lightning strike. He poured the girl a steaming cup of sage tea and set it on the bar.

(OOC: Hey, Azana, what exactly were Sosol's powers again?)
"Yes I am," Kageko said with a stretch, "and talking about the usual people not being here," she looked around the inn, "where is everybody?" As was customary, Kageko had her mind blocked from anyone who attempted to search it. Figuring that the tea was for her and figuring that it will be impolite to not take it, Kageko said, "Thank you," and took a sip of the tea.

((OOC: Sosol was an Oracle for the GMO, so he's a psychic, and a powerful one. However, he's quite the pacifist and has the best intentions. If you want them enumerated: pre and retro-cognition, telepathy, psychokinesis, clairvoyance.))

"Well, I only know where a few of them are...MacPere and Gren are together, though I don't know where at the moment. Angeles was with them, but isn't now...and Azana should be walking in...in about an hour." Sosol reported, cleaning out a glass to pass the time. He noted her slight hesitation as far as the tea and poured one for himself as well to encourage her.

"It's a blend that includes sage...it's supposed to be good for your mind," he explained, taking a sip and smiling, "and they stock the best here."
PostPosted: Mon Jan 11, 2010 10:08 am

Kageko nodded as she sipped at the tea, it did taste very good. She continued to keep her mind block, but didn't bother trying to analyze Sosol's energy. Not knowing what else to talk about, Kageko asked, "So how did you meet Azana?"

At the question about their meeting, Sosol's eyes grew distant and glazed over, even though she wouldn't see it through his tinted glasses.

"She came to me...hunted, desperate. I spoke to her, and that day...we both saved each other. The next time we met, almost the same thing happened...except I stayed with her after that. We have been roommates for a couple years now...and I thought I'd help her out by getting a job here," his voice came back to Earth as the story progressed, and he ended with a smile and a lift of his mug.

"So here I am, hoping to work at the Inn..."
