[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

Flames climbed up his body, warming himself, but not harming anything else. It didn't even hurt himself, as this element he was completely in tune with.

"Ok" Star said.After not eating awhile she gose to the kitchen to cook something up for herself.

Torn in body and spirit, a merman with long brown hair in full B.O.O. gear floated about with his beloved waterspout friend within the woods. Though her warm watery arm was wrapped around his arm that held his shield, he could not help but feel alone.

“It is going to snow soon.” The young merman told his friend quietly as he looked at her with eyes covered in an elegant veil. She nodded in agreement.

It was a long battle they fought. Fighting side by side together with others but in the end it was for naught. Perhaps it was that feeling that made him felt alone.

He felt the warm watery hand of his friend squeeze his arm gently and looked at her. She was looking off into the distant, pointing in the same direction. He followed her gesture to see a flicking light passed several trees.
“Ah, yes.” He said quietly with a sad smile. “Let us hope there is a fire to be shared.”

The closer they floated the more they heard beautiful music being played. A sigh of relief escaped the tired merman when he saw it was an Inn. “Beautiful sight, yes?”

She smiled warmly at her friend.

When they approach the Inn, he held the door to let his friend in first. He soon followed and they found a nice table in the corner closest to the fire. “The music. It is gone?”
The waterspout shrugged in bewilderment.
“Oh well.” Jell said as he began looking around.

Seemed quiet now but he did not mind, a roof over his head, a fire and his beloved friend made him feel less alone now.

Fenyx walked out of the inn, seeing a BOO soldier. He suppressed a need to attack, and thought to himself Let it go, the struggles on the battlefield are not for peaceful times. His SIN marked body shone in the snow, the fire he cast melting all, allowing the water created to glisten on his body.

Approaching the Inn, he could feel his friend tense up. Looking at her, he saw a frown of disapproval and followed her gaze.

Walking out of the Inn was what he assumed to be a solider of S.I.N. considering his skin was covered in S.I.N. markings.

“Please, let it go my friend.” The young man pleaded quietly, holding his friend’s hand tightly under his shield. “Now is not the time nor is the place.”

When they passed, she looked the other way, hiding a discussed look she wanted to give to the passing man. The tired merman just looked at him and nodded in respect and peace.

-Aris came downstairs yawning- "Oh man did I oversleep...I only wanted to take a nap.." -Looking around the in waving to everyone he grabbed a glass and filled it with some water and sat at the bar drinking it to wake up-

"How are you feeling, Aris?" he said, taking a break from playing "Cause I feel terrible." He sighed a sad sigh before saying "Zefi's gone. She's safe apparently, but she's gone. And no word yet on Kage. I failed them both. Jack showed up, I let my emotions get the better of me and I failed to prtect either of them. Some hero I am."

-Aris stops drinking midway through his sentence and slams the glass on the counter and winces at the pain of his bandage ridden body- "WHAT!....Jack was here again!!!!" -sighs a bit before collecting his composure- "I put Kage in her room last night, when was he here??!" -he turned on his chair giving Knightsoul the entirety of his attention- "What happened?...Hero or not, you tried, just calm yourself clear your mind and tell me what happened."

Star medatated to try to escape the tension that filled the room.

Ultima awoke in the room he hadn't used since he got here. "Wha...Achoo!" Ultima was ashamed that he feel asleep in snow. He went downstairs wrap in his cover.

"Relax. I'm talking about last night. As far as I know, Kage's still upstairs asleep, but you saw what he did to her. I should have been able to stop him."

Zefi continued across the river shivering and out of energy to warm herself up... the horse followed her lightly and her aunt sister woke up.... "Zefi is anyone else here?" Her sister asked in a cautious tone as she sat up on her horse untying the vine...

Ultima couldn't stop sneezing,he must have caught a cold. "Ugh, what happened, I thought I was...Achoo! Looking for Zefi."

-He lets out a sigh of relief- "My god you scared me half to death. Anyway you cant let that get you down, im not gonna sit here and try to cheer you up. Everyone loses fights here and there. We were just outmatched, believe it or not friend..." -he nudged Knights arm- "your only human too." -he chuckled a bit trying to lighten the gloom cloud that hovered overhead-

"no-one that i know of..." Zefi replied to her sister giving her a shivering smile. "So why did you pretend to by my aunt?" Zefi asked her and her sister slapped her lightly " You don't now who's by us...! You need to watch it... It was for security reasons and I didn't believe that your friend would offer to protect you if I was a friendly sister who actually knew how to fight... if they come again please resume with aunt amy... its the only cover story I have"She replied slowly
