You must have alot of extra time on your hands? not really i was only active in like 7 of them. ... Still a record to me. xD @Kujo: Well, it's been a while since I've been active in a guild (especially Naruto) but I suspect that it's because 1. The author wanted it to be the way it is right now. 2. There's no 'special' rank.. besides Sannin, but I don't understand why people include that a rank because that was a name given to 3 specific people.. Actually Sannin means LITERALLY '3 ninjas'... suddenly it becomes confusing when you see 4 Sannins... weirdos *cough* There are 3 Sannin per village which makes the name still make sense and it's easier to understand then giving them some new name. @Kujo: Because A - B rank jutsu are Jounin S are Kage o.O Actually.. Sannin was given specifically to Jiraya, Tsunade and Orichimaru. It's like how the Yellow Flash got his name... people recognized the Yellow Flash as the Yellow Flash.. cause there's only 1 Yellow Flash.. Sannin is more of a title than a rank you give to any random special people. It's proven throughout the manga of Naruto.. ^^ But yes, A-B rank jutsu are Jounin and S is normally given to Kages.. Kujomaru Firu Shinra How is saying "This jutsu is academy rank" more difficult than "This jutsu is e rank?" So you want to type academy instead of just E? @Lady Oh I see. Though I wasn't asking about the actual ranks just how you rank your Justus. I mean naruto encyclopedias have the Letter system. Oh I almost forgot, they are academy Rank because, while the letter systems is easier for anyone with a brain, there are alot of idiots who wouldn't understand the letter system.

lol Let me elaborate. Ok Your ranking system is Genin, Jonin, etc. Yet when Kage comes along you put Kage/S Rank. Why? Why spoil the ranking system by putting something different on the last rank, Or why put S rank when you already put Kage.

The reason Kage is S rank is cause there is no Kage exclusive jutsu and a non Kage S rank is just as powerful as any Kage.
