Bipolar Phoenix They will. Thus why I said, last of the bunch. Meaning, it ends with them. Also, Wings, as long as Sunso's soul is removed, or is put to rest, he dies :] And, BISH. An arrow from that boy Susano'o would rip through all your defenses, as well as Kirin. Thanks to having a real eternal in both eyes... I can Susanoo for 15 posts before I have to temporarily turn it off...

Snuff: Not ALL. Most.
They are a waste of space. They can be put on hold somewhere in the Recycle Bins or something ~
If nobody is using them, I currently do not give a s**t if people are contemplating using them with a future RPC. Now is now. They can be brought back and re-formatted when there is a Bloodline/Clan Contest.
I've also requested becoming head of Bloodlines/Clans. Firu is just not active enough. If not head, then be a helper ~
The bloodlines here.. Unacceptable.
Shane: That's why I use Kirin against you when I obtain it ^-^ It broke through Itachi's Susano'o. It is possibly THE strongest technique -.-

My defense has 2 S-rank lightning defenses mixed in it, two S-rank defenses can stop 1 S-rank attack. That OR I use Bursting sand wall. Absorbs then mimics A rank and below with out damage, Absorbs then mimics THEN dissipitates S rank and above technqiues.

nobady is using them, because we have too many...just removing all the inactive ones isnt going to allow them to grow...they should be evaluated on whether they are worth keeping...and how much thought was put into them...clans like chiru, raimukiri, pitch rosin and kukan/nai, are pretty good...
they just get swept to the side under the popular and canon ones

Wings: That's the problem with Kirin. The Lightning Chakra part, is simply shot in to the sky. It only acts as a guide. So, it technically wouldn't be affected in any way by your barriers/decreases.
The reason for that is because it's actually just lightning. Not chakra lightning, actual electricity lightning. And therefore, it would move at 1/1000 of a second, so you wouldn't be able to use your sand wall, unless it was already up.

If i really wanted to bugger you over, in terms of power usage, i'd use Current transfer, and transfer the lightning from your attack through me body and into the ground. Bursting sand wall is the parent jutsu to Bursting sand armor. Which is constantly on my rpc's body. well thats a lie, Bursting sands of decay armor is always on. Which is the same, except if any of the sand hits you, it eats at you like acid. EDIT: While yes its ment for putting lightning into your weapons, i'm just using the concept of it, and applying it to the ground.

No, I just can't do anything to put it into action. no, that wasnt directed at you man...i understand you no longer have any power over BLs and clans... that was directed at Bipolar's idea to just ditch all the inactive BL and clans...it looks to me like he ignored any potential, and the problem weve had in the past with people making too many custom BL and clan and not adding them to the lists...
