No, I didn't make another character.
Yes, Draco became a jounin. He won his match because the other guy forfeited. He said he quit because it seemed a little futile for him.
I have a jutsu that turns the area into a mini lake, so I can understand why he thought so xD
And he's currently at the fish island, trying to get the fish summon.
@Shane: lol sure.
I'll go over there right after I find out if I get my summon or not xP

but im enjoying Sindenky, going to tear the exams up, and trying to get into what snuff calls "The black Knights" and i like the reference
