going off your gaia avatar, I'd say thatfor obvious reasons, you'd have a lot of dog related pokemon, functioning like a pack so to speak with you as the uprising successor after Arcanine. You and your pokemon would most definitely be close, a bond that would seem almost unearthly (no in-family breeding of course). Honestly, I don't see your character having caught any of his pokemon, but rather traveling with them all out in the open like a pack of wolves, something similar to the Jungle Book.

WHAT?! What am I running here? An avi dream team synthesis machine or something? An OC-to-pokemon analysis?! Oh whatever... here it goes...


Aside from the weapons, I think your character would be one of there's cliche, "I wanna be the best (insert rest of song)" characters that has a lot of powerhouse pokimanz that would follow you aimlessly through everything that you desired to do... all more than likely rescue cases as your character is one that would, if possible, consider himself an option in a pokemon battle. Your team, acting as a small militia, would probably consist of:

(the 2nd in command) (the wise one) (the aerial ace) (the wild berserker) (the scouter) (your personal cavalry)

Edit: Unlike Poca's team that would be alright without evolving all the way, yours would want to be the best they could be....

I'd say I probably will use that team. : P

except the rapidash I'd probably use Salamance instead

Simple Info: She may look sweet, and kind, but she has a kick a** attitude. She is sometimes refered to as Sarcastic, and cold. But that is also sort of not her. She actually is kind to those closest to her, but most people don't stick around her long enough to get passed her cold facade.

Well I guess you did the makeshift character analysis for me, lol. All that's left is determining the team that would best fit her personality. Saw this one yesterday while doing Karan's analysis. I think this one matches yours for #1:

(rarely seen proof that your character can be nice)

Yeah... lots and lots of herdier... like pawns. It made sense when I placed everything last night, but now I've lost it. sweatdrop

Seemed like something a wolf pack would do. Have singles of all the main guys and then multiples of the not so important ones. I'm not much of a dog person so it was kind of a stretch and stoutland was just too big and bulky, i figured it would slow down the pack.

Well similar to the anime, every team (except Karan's) needs the one little guy that doesn't evolve. If I had time, I would edit the sprite's facial expression from a smile to more of a deviant smirk. He's cute, he cold, and he matches your OC's attire in a way that it would be wrong to not pick him. Would he evolve to a big, bulky vanilluxe? who knows... it would be up you (insert OC name here)

How did I come up with my nickname/user name, liger? Well in real life, me and my close besties have a feral alter ego/OC that is in the form of our favorite animal. I am madly in love with the animal known as the Liger. they are quite the sad story too... large cats that are cross bred by lions and tigers, but because of this... they are unable to reproduce emo

My OC, Raji, is a Liger species Laguz. On top of that, my OC suffers from a gene deformity known as multiple personalities disorder where the genes of his father and mother continuously battle for supremacy "-InsertEgoHere-".

Like I said in the character bio, your avatar didn't seem like he'd be a normal trainer anyways. Not in the battle sense, but more so in the wilderness-gotta-survive fields... a pokemon version of the Jungle Book, if you will. Of course if society was thrust upon you, you would have only one herdier, but when there are no other humans, its lots of herdier that you play with like a member of the litter.
