"Whoa...that's one hell of a tip," James blinked, tilting his head to one side. The mention of the word "innkeeper" brought another thought to his ever-shifting mind.
"Hey! Sosol started working here, didn't he?! Where is that ball of sunshine? I haven't seen him since he was just busted out!"

"I have no clue where is either--" MacPere swore as he noted Gren walking down the stairs and ducked down, pushing the box amongst the various wines.

"Hm." James folded his arms before noticing the creaking of stairs and MacPere's frantic attempt to hide the box. A sly, knowing smile came to his face and he nodded slightly to himself. So that was the lucky recipient...
"Hey, I'm going to take a look around here," he said with a small wink, "since Az was never nice enough to give me the tour. I trust you'll be okay on your own for a bit...?"

James gave a friendly wave to this "Mr. Eckener" before vanishing upstairs, looking down at a blip on his watch. It didn't take long for him to find Azana's room in the Inn, pushing open the door and expecting Azana to be there.
"Hey! Why'd you have to go and--" He stopped, staring at the GMO badge sticking out of the wall. He looked around the room; besides the bed not being made, everything else seemed normal. On the bed, though, was a book...it didn't look like any best-seller, though.
It's Az's book...she'd KILL you if she knew you were looking at it...
"Better to beg forgiveness than ask permission," he said to his inner critic with a smirk, sitting down and opening the book. He found himself having to juggle falling slips of paper before they completely floated out of place. With nothing better to do with his day, he read every word...

"Formal, formal... what does that mean, anyway?" Ale thought, while searching through the closet. "No unusual skin tones or element-based hairstyles, that's for sure... I guess this will have to do." she said, pulling out a dress. She liked this one, it matched the jewels he had given her forChristmas. And it was easy to move in.
"It looks nice." Ale said, taking one last glance at the mirror. "I hope this is what he was talking about." she thought, and went downstairs.
