Shane....Blood techniques are INSANE if you use them right. The reason that the Kyuuha doesn't get those boasts like the other Angels is that it would lay waste to the other Angels with it's extremely powerful blood techniques if the other angels DIDN'T have the boosts.

The Fall is Inevitable @Dark: Then you should understand where I'm coming from. I'm not talking about advanced s**t, I'm just saying if they stood there and threw techniques at eachother, the Kyuuha would likely lose to most other angels. I agree with the above statement.

@Digi: Not right now... I'm going on a mini strike until Irish does his job as a crew member. Mini strike as in I'll only do custom jutsu and stuff when I CAN, as in when my mind can fully analyze the jutsu and s**t easily, rather than me reading one jutsu for five minutes. It only takes approving one OP jutsu to ******** up the whole guild.

But anyway...how Kleine can use Bishamonten insanely:
The following Jutsu:
- Crystal Ice Mirrors
- Crystal Ice Mirror Murder
- Shadow Clone Jutsu
- Blood Territory
- Blood Spear
- Blood Reaper
Use Blood territory to get the fifty foot radius. Use Crystal Ice Mirrors to trap your opponent within the Blood Territory. Use Shadow Clones with Bishamonten's humongous chakra supply, and make one for every three mirrors or something like that. Make a blood reaper or two inside the Mirrors' overall area to distract the opponent. With shadow clones, rapidly slash at your opponent while jumping from mirror to mirror, and use the blood territory to attack them from below. When you feel you've done enough, kill them with the Blood Spear or Crystal Mirror Ice Murder.
With my Angel, it would still take Kaisen a long enough time to escape that you could get all those jutsu out and deal quite a bit of damage. Angel fire doesn't melt Hyoton ice THAT quickly. The same concept could be used for any other of the Angels. The way you have Kleine set up makes him a recipe for disaster if Bishamonten is used correctly.

Fall: I've been trimming down only the ones that go against guild rules. which was one where a guy was making a jutsu that made him the only ninja able to manipulate ash. which is part of katon, so i said no.
I also think I could kill most of the other angels except maybe the 6 wing if given the kyuha and my choice of rpc abilities(bloodline/clan) I would only need a bloodline really. I could make it so overpowered they might have to remove it....
EDIT- i think mines better than digi's, you wanna hear it?

Dont you hate when you follow the guide lines and make the most badass "overpowered" rpc and then they start banning everything that made him so powerful in the first place.

Digi: Haha, that's pretty smart, but I have an even better idea.
I'm making Bishamonten my defense. I control the blood with one hand, and like Gaara, make a big ball of blood around me. Since I'm Yuki, I can use jutsu with one hand. With that hand, I'll set up a crystal ice lotus field. The lotuses will appear behind, and beside the enemy, forcing them to run forward or, jump up in the air. If they run forward, they'll eventually have to try to break through my blood shield. The second they touch the shield, it'll rip them into pieces. If they jump in the air, I'll summon a frog right on top of them, to smash them onto the ground, and the second an enemy falls down, the battle is over.
Also, I do know Crystal Ice Mirrors, but not Murder.
