Koneko Kuromira *raises hand* Am I allowed to make a thread in Fire Country for the Underground Jashinist Temple with a rule that only people wearing a Jashinist pendant or guided by the Head "Priestess" may find/enter it? And those inside cannot be detected from the outside by any means, whether Byakugan, Body Sensor, or whatever else? Period? No exceptions?

Well the Village Hidden in the Spa, which Hidan was from, as far as i know, its not in the Fire Country, but we can have it there. And yes, all of those are fine, and not being detected is fine since the Akatsuki Base is being operated the same way.

The Fall is Inevitable Hidan was from Yukigakure, village hidden in the snow. No he wasn't . . . he was from the Hot Spring Village turned Spa Village. Left because he didn't like how it was becoming less of a ninja village and more of a vacation resort. *nodnod*
