Official Sasuke Uchiha Sindenky Official Sasuke Uchiha Can I just get scroll from somewhere and self train? i dont think so. as far as i know i have the only scroll, but knowing dizzle he has another. And theres a chance more than just me are learning the style, but who knows. Make meh a scroll a*****e! >:O i dont want to be passing them out like candy!

No, what I have in mind is a technique that, the first time I put it in for approval years ago, a shitton of people wanted, but it got denied. When I PMd the jutsu approver about it as he asked me to, he never answered me.

I'm going to ask Katsuro if I can have Shiro's hearts. I'll of course give him something in return, though I'm not sure what. But seriously, Shahnz would be ******** awesome if he had Shinzo Mode. And the hearts.

The guy isn't even in this guild any more, and the guild captain has changed multiple times since then. It's not even in the submissions thread any more, it's that old. Give me a minute to find it, I'm dragging my character to the new profile and its annoying me.

Description:
Technique is created to aid Taijutsu users against two groups of enemies - Byakugan users, and Sharingan users. This jutsu creates a layer of chakra over the skin of the user, protecting against having their tenketsu spotted - Byakugan -, or against having the minute movements in their muscles spotted - Sharingan -. Usage of this technique reduces accuracy of the Jyuuken (Gentle Fist), and reduces the veracity of the predictive capabilities that the Sharingan provides its users. It also prevents Sharingan wielders from accurately copying any jutsu that is begun by the user of this technique.
NOTE:
This technique has several drawbacks, the biggest being this: Anyone with the Chakra Coat technique active cannot use any other jutsu. No Fireballs, no earth spires, no blades of wind or spouts of water. Use of any jutsu at all negates the activation of this technique - the chakra layer on the skin is absorbed into the technique that is being used. Example: A shinobi has the Chakra Coat active, and uses a Gokakyu no Jutsu. He loses his Chakra Coat, and his Grand Fireball becomes infinitesimally stronger.
This technique also drains chakra, equal to its activation cost, once per turn.
(One post - one turn. Stated this way because I'm not sure what this should really be ranked. It's effective, but all it is is putting chakra on the skin.)

The jutsu absorbing it and becoming stronger has to go. That way, anyone could learn it, and use it right before using every single jutsu, and thus produce infinite overpowered jutsu.
