Considering that Alicia's Shinobi teams don't take into account treaties between villages... Then again she was going to do that bombing thing to make that happen I believe

Is bloodline crusher constantly active Ronnel?

Yes. It doesn't affect sight based bloodlines unless they see his tattoos, or touch based ones unless he touches them intending to deactivate their bloodline / they see his tattoos.
He wears his trench coat sealed up all of the time, so the only person who even knows he has the Bloodline Crusher is Aki, who saw the tattoos while they were training.
But, to look at him with your Ranmaru, you would see the tattoos, and thus it would be deactivated.

Seriously, the Castelo is PART of Grass. So that list can't be accurate.

@Shane- Yeeeeeeah.
You may have screwed a pooch somewhere in that.

@OSU- Believe me there was a lot of bickering on which team should have which villages.
In the end they were put together considering ties older than the recent treaties and the power of each villages.
We tried our best to make the teams even as possible.

I would attack grass but Dandii and Ronnel together scares me ha and Leaf has Kune but since I trained a genin there and I spent a lot of time there they know me.I don't want to fight OSU cus I ******** hate the gen calc so I'm not attack sound and then and isn't really apart of the war according to Mint and lastly I'm on my way to could on a mission.

The Castelo is part of Grass? No. o_O It's owned by me, and it's in a different continent. I may be a grass ninja, but that doesn't mean what I own is also owned by grass. Plus, not all castel shinobi are grass, only like 4.
