I am guessing that there will be a small possibility that I will be able to get a Bamf once I buy one. But I think that will take some time since I am currently trying to achieve my dream avee right now.

This was the more recent "Green Box Glitch," and the Red Box Glitch was basically just a red version of it. It was pretty hard to enjoy the animation or cuteness/coolness of a Were-pose with how distracting the glitch was.

I've tried looking for where she mentioned the "tidings" thing, but I can't find it anywhere now. Maybe she didn't spell "tidings" right, and that's why searching for it doesn't bring it up? Maybe her post, along with mine, were both deleted? cat_question

I wouldn't have in-depth knowledge of the gold generators either, simply because I've never opened one myself. I had to look around for threads that said how much people were winning, and how often, to get an idea of how badly they could mess up the economy. I also saw a lot of polls that indicated how hated it was.

When they first came out with the free video offers, I started watching as many as I could because it was a lot cheaper than buying it directly. Plus, when I bought a $10 Gaia Cash card, it didn't feel like it gave me enough in return to be worth that much money. Since I don't think there were many expensive items in the Cash Shop at the time, I think the item I bought (a Classilke, I believe) only sold for about 130,000g. Even though the videos weren't available most of the time, I could have easily watched at least $100 worth of video offers (didn't get into Club Verge though, as I probably didn't spend it all in one year), but I wasn't keeping track of exactly how much I made. I just looked at my Gaia Cash history, and it looks like I spent at least $30 worth of Gaia Cash on Walking Dead Grab Bags since February 1, 2013. Now that I look at it, I see that a lot of my purchases were very close together (about one day apart). Now I remember why I liked checking back for the free video offers so much; they would sometimes put up so many videos that were worth so much, I could sometimes go from 0 Gaia Cash to 300 Gaia Cash in a single day. cat_eek That was cool. cat_xd

I'm not really sure why they don't focus much on advertising the free video offers. I assume it's because they're not available much, possibly because no one's willing to pay them to show them? Still, I always found the free video offers to be a cool way to make your virtual money. Buying virtual money with real money is an outdated idea now. cat_cool

Just using the Marketplace graphs, Bamfs do sound pretty rare. Still, maybe most people who win one hang onto it? There was that guy who (supposedly) won two of them and said he was going to hang onto them until Halloween, and I also got one eventually, and even though I listed it a few times, it didn't sell, and I just decided to keep it. I kept listing it for a lot more than people wanted to pay because I was still on the fence about whether I wanted to sell it or not, but if it happened to sell for a huge amount, I could supposedly buy it back. Originally, I was going to sell my hypothetical second Bamf, if I ever got one (which I really thought I would, because I was planning to keep buying the bags), but once I started boycotting Gaia Cash, I knew it would be a long time before I bought another one...

I think the main objective of the sponsors for the videos is to be able to get more clients or to make others aware of their product. Then, the main objective of those who will be getting watching the videos is not to see what the sponsors are there to offer but to get the free GCs instead. There are times that they only have the video on play while doing something else. xp That may be one of the reasons why they only have minimal video than the offers since once you accomplish these the sponsors will be able to gain more. They may either have their products sold or have their number o users increase i you were able to at least sign up to their offer (its only gonna be a plus if that user will be really using it.) But still it would be nice if we get to have more of those videos.

I am currently aiming or the most expensive item in the lst which is the La Mort Rouge since the prices tend to go up and I decided to go for the most expensive one 1st or else it might be close to impossible or me to get them anymore. I am kinda aiming for those with bidding price lower than the actual prices. I have put the details in my profile if you wanna check it out. I'm planning on putting it on my Signature. Do you think that will be a good idea?

I think it's already been fixed on most items, but there are a few that might still have it. But if there's only a couple of them with the glitch, I probably wouldn't bother opening the petition again, as it would be more specific to the item at that point.

How would they use a gold generator to get into an account? It seems kind of weird why they would bother anyway, as I believe most people who use a single gold generator would become instant millionaires. Plus, if they know you're new, I would have thought they would assume you wouldn't have as many items of value. cat_neutral

I hear Club Verge isn't actually that great. Most people that I know that have gotten into it only did so accidentally, and then they wish they weren't in it because they throw even more ads at you, and a lot of them sound like they still find the items too expensive. It doesn't sound like they get better deals than the rest of us "out here" do. Also, even though I've watched those free video offers a lot, I never got into Club Verge, so with how much Gaia Cash they give you, it may not even be possible to get in with videos alone (or at least really difficult), especially since it's per account. Getting or spending the Gaia Cash on your mules doesn't help your main account with regards to Club Verge. If I remember to, I could give you a present on your birthday. cat_3nodding

I think I would often start playing the videos, then leave to do something else. cat_ninja Ads almost never (if ever) inspire me to actually buy anything, so why waste my time when I have a lot of other things to do? If it looks interesting, and I've never heard of what they're advertising, I'm much more likely to sit through the video, but odds are, it's either something I was already going to buy, or it's still not interesting enough to get me to spend money on it.

Even if you don't get a Bamf, the money you would make from selling the items in the bag will give you a ridiculous amount of money (almost) every time. You might actually be able to buy another bag from the Marketplace just from the profit of the items.

I'll try to keep an eye on the listings for La Mort Rouge. If I can find a good price for it, then the price of the item going up shouldn't matter as much. cat_smile I could even make it your birthday present.

It's kind of hard to find listings that have the option to be bid on anymore. It used to be default, but if you didn't disable it, you weren't allowed to cancel your listings after 5 minutes or if anyone else bid on it. Since a lot of people were complaining about it, they changed it so it wasn't default anymore.

I assume it's the dream avatar you're planning to put in your Signature? That should be fine. It might encourage more people to donate, especially if you post enough for people to see it.

Then they will be asked to go a specific link and type their password or something. It may look like that they are still in Gaia but in reality they are directed in one o the hackers made up page so that they can take your password. It haven't happen to me yet though. And I not hoping to encounter one too..

I don't think I've ever encountered a "fake Gaia." A lot of the attempts I see are probably from people who even don't know how to mimic a website, and are a lot more transparent.

You would be sad if they lost profit? cat_eek I was actually boycotting Cash Cash and Adblocking stuff because I want them to stop making a profit. I don't think whoever's in charge will ever leave as long as they're making decent money, and they're never going to start making any decent updates until they switch CEOs again.

I assume it'll look more like the real website if the creator made their own webpage from scratch instead of using one of those sharing sites. Even if it looks exactly the same as Gaia in every way, you may want to check the URL if you got there through an odd link or get logged out very suddenly. The real Gaia will log you out after about an hour or so of inactivity, though. I just keep a bookmark to the correct URL so I know I'm going to the right one.

La Mort Rouge does seem to still be going back down. I wonder if it was re-released from somewhere? Since it still seems to be going down, I'll just keep watching it until it looks like it's going to go back up again.
