Hero HQ (AKA THE RP)

"It wasn't dogs after my b-" Ivory began to retort, before Nightwing slapped a hand over his mouth to silence him, knowing where the insult was headed. Suffice to say, it involved Geraldo's mother and was not eve close to nice.

"I'm going to go check on the computer, you two play nice." Nightwing said, his tone deadly serious. With that, he headed back into the computer to finalize Geraldo's acceptance into the program.

"You're lucky he did that. So what do you do Sparkles?" Ivory asked, giving Geraldo a nickname since the latter had yet to give out his name. Well, that and Ivory had to get some sort of jab in.

"Well, I teleport, as I demonstrated. And it's The Shimmer. What do you do? Replace old lady's bad hips?" Geraldo retorted, ready to react in case he was pushing it too far.  

[VikingSasquatch]

"You are thinking of a knight. A warrior with, or without, honor is still a warrior. Do not try to annoy me. And you don't want to know what I am capable of. Seeing how you are a hero, you don't want to see anyone get hurt, and I would hurt alot of your friends." The Warrior took a few steps and jumped onto one of the nearby buildings. He glanced back at Static. and jumped away again hoping no one would bother him.

"Well," Terron said as he crossed his arms and smirked, "Static is more like a partner to me. We've learned alot from eachother. So, anyways, what can you do man?" A look of excitement fell over his face. "I mean, it's got to be an elemental power right?" Suddenly he look slightly annoyed. He turned to face Static. "Hey Static! Why didn't you tell me there was going to be an addition to our team?!" he shouted out.

"Oh man, partners? No way!" Ryan had an impressed look on his face, "As for my power, watch this." He slid his hand by his pouch of water. Following his movements, the ice cap and the water inside came up in a stream. Ryan twitched his pinky and the cap turned to water with the rest of the liquid he suspended in midair. He circled his hands around the water and pressed them closer with concentration forming the water into a compressed ball. Then, he threw his hands toward the tank with a hole in it. When the water ball hit it burst, but that wasn't all. The entire tank almost rolled over with the force of the impact, but came back down just before it reached the point of gravity. "If you wanna see something really awesome that I just thought of, make a big clump of earth float right in front of us and push as hard as you can towards the other tank when I say go."

[Static]

Terron's face lit up when the kid made the suggestion, but everything changed when he saw a gigantic cloud of dust rise into the air about a mile away. "Uh, Static. We have trouble." Terron looked back atthe boy. "Sorry dude, experiments are going to have to wait. Right now it's time to get ready for a fight."

"I'm ready to help. I do get to help don't I?" Ryan asked hope riding his face that he was going to get to fight alongside Static.

"I just got the memo today. You're little race and then mister French invader kinda distracted me." Static shrugged, flying back over to his interns.

"Look man, you seem strong, but consider this a test." he added after seeing the massive dust cloud form in the distance. He didn't want the new guy hurting himself by trying to show off, but neither was Static going to hold him back.

After all, he had been sent to the sidelines before, and it suuuuuucked.

"Terron, take point, and you follow him. I'll watch our butts." Static informed the pair.

"Actually, I used to kill people. Now I just cripple them to keep them from committing crimes again." Ivory said coolly, his tone making it seem as if he could be joking or serious.

"And if you want to keep control of your own bones, I'd suggest not pissing me off." he added. His other power was a choice he wouldn't threaten to use, he would just use it if the time was right.

"If we're threatening power use, you'd better not cross the line yourself or you might find not only a fear of dogs, but a fear of heights as well," Geraldo said as menacingly as he could, "but we're supposed to work together. I propose a deal. If you will attempt to get along with me in a friendly manner, I promise to attempt the same."

"Works for me." Ivory grinned, trying to show he was kidding earlier. "Besides, just imagine what Nightwing would do to us if he caught us fighting each other." he added.

"So, you met the other guys yet?" he asked, his tone entirely casual, matching his overall demeanor.  

[Roskuel]

[Static]

Terron nodded and lifted the ground beneath his feet creating another stone disk. "We should move quickly." he pointed out to the new guy. At that, he zoomed towards his destination making sure his friends were close behind. When he reached the site his mouth dropped.

"Just the earth using urchin and Static Shock. They're just suffering from gas bubbles in the brain. One seems to think he not only controls earth, but thinks he's as important as the planet Earth. The other just seems too much into comics. That and I had to pay up twenty thousands dollars to the stoner because he cheated in a race," Geraldo said the last bit with his voice full of disdain. "Who else is there?" he questioned Ivory.

Static
Summoning water from the air, he created a small wave on the ground and a surfboard made of ice. Riding the wave, he followed Terron until Terron just stopped. Ryan used the moment to go around a corner and step back out in his super costume.

"Well, right now that's it. Used to be more..." Ivory trailed off, pointing to a wall with pictures on it of fallen heroes and interns.

"Alright guys, something major happened, and it's not the French Army invading this time. Shimmer, can you take us all to this spot?" Nightwing asked, seeming to come out of nowhere. He switched on the large tv on the wall, which displayed a map with an X on it. The X was next to the large explosion that had occurred across town.

Ivory took the hint, heading into the next room with his bag and quickly changing into his uniform.
