[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

"... I am unsure about Gren." He says without much thinking, he didn't need to think about it. "I believe he does not see me in the same way I see him. I would hate to lose such a wonderful friend over such a... a trivial thing."  

[Ale Posselna]

" Ah, much better now" she said, as she felt the cold liquid down her troath.
She then looked around, hoping the kids had returned.
No such luck ." I must find something to do, to ease off my mind..." she sighed.  

[Zulma san]

Zulma smiled at the use of the world 'trivial'. MacPere and herself were thinking in very different ways on the matter. "So you choose friendship over attraction?" she offered as a rephrasing of what he just said, wanting to be sure that she understood him properly. She wanted to add 'I don't blame you about Gren, he sure is very attractive' but she kept that thought to herself.

Karasu finally made it back to the Inn. He had gone to a special glass maker to get a new mirror. He walked inside to see it full of life. He waved toward Zulma as he walked toward the kitchen. He smiled at her as she was talking to MacPere. He walked into the kitchen grabbing a broom and dustpan. "Hello Zulma and MacPere." He said leaving the kitchen and going upstairs.  

[MacPere]

"Well... I would rather friendship than that awkward feeling after admitting you like them, you know?" He sighed and lulled his head to one side. "I feel like a teenager all over again~"

"I've searched high and low, left and right, and every which way but loose" he said as he walked back in the inn. "I can't find them anywhere. A disturbing notion, to be sure." He looked at Ale and smiled. "Why, Miss Ale, you are absolutely glowing. Someone special on your mind?" he said with a mischievous grin.  

[Ale Posselna]

" W- why do you say that?" she asked him and touched her cheeks, who were still red. She then decided it would be easy to tell him the truth. " Aris left a while ago. And before he left I told him how I feel about him. I think he took it well." she explained, but he had zoned out, and wouldn't listen.  

[Zulma san]

Zulma's face brightened as she saw Karasu but he left with after a short 'Hello'. She was about to walk towards him and greet him with a hug. She was stunned. No hug, no kiss. She scratched her head and turned to MacPere. Her shoulder lowered and she nodded. "I know what you mean." she gave him a sad smile. "Being a teenager was the easy time..." she joked bitterly.
"In my youth, I did not use to have so much...scruples." she shrugged. "Sometimes I miss these times..." But most of the time you dont, do you? she finished in her head.  

[MacPere]

"As do I... It had its fair share of down points too."

MacPere watched as Karasu just passed by with a wave, raising an eyebrow and gauging Zulma's reaction. "Your sweetheart seems a little cold. Perhaps the winter has bitten him?"

Or maybe even Angeles. He thought with a bitter frown.  

[Zulma san]

Zulma nodded. "Nothing is ever black or white..." she admitted. That would be too easy...and probably boring... she thought and yet..sometimes she wished for it.
She shrugged at the term sweetheart and the mention of his cold. She looked at MacPere wondering if he would smirk once again but this time he was frowning. She did not want to make any comment on Karasu to MacPere but his behavior hurt her. They had barely seen each other in the last two days and it was as if saying 'hi' was hurting him. Maybe I was too hasty... she wondered.
As her habit when she was stressed out by something, she prepared dinner. Putting some water to boil for the pasta.  

[MacPere]

"Zulma..." MacPere cooed, hugging her from behind. He rested his head atop hers and sighed, drumming his fingers against her shoulders. "Bottling it up will not help. At all."

Karasu walked into his room and started sweeping up the glass. He quickly pulled out the mirror and placed it over the sink. He took a strike at it and it didn't break he smiled. It works like the glass maker said it would. He thought to himself. He took the bandage off his hand and noticed it was still bleeding. He shook his head and wrapped it with a clean bandage. He headed back downstairs he walked into the kitchen. He the only thing he saw was MacPere with his arms around Zulma. He wondered if he was spotted and slowly step out thinking a deep breathe. He wanted to say his mind was playing another trick on him. He peeked back in and saw him. He didn't want to jump to any harsh decision so he just moved into the main room to sit. Was it the right move? He asked himself. Karasu was thinking as he sat by the fire.

((Was eating dinner, Ale. Sorry I didn't respond earlier.))

He sat down at his usual table and let out a peaceful sigh. "You can just feel the love in this place, can't you? You and Aris. Zulma and Karasu. I even think Shade has a crush on Star. It's so cute." He smiled at the thought of his friends in love. Then, thinking of Shade, he remembered something. "Of course, I may just have to put a damper on his romantic mood if I find out that he went after that cerberus again after I explicitly told him not to" he said with a look of annoyance.  

[Zulma san]

Zulma was surprised by MacPere's move and his breath so close to her neck. Bodies were having a power of their own. She looked at the dinner in front of her and tapped softly his hand with her palm, then made a step away from his frame. "I am sure there is an explanation." she started, noticing how her heart was beating harder. "Thank you for being here." she smiled at him and swallowed. Then she took the pasta and put them in the water.

She grabbed a pile of plates and headed for the main room. She put them on the bigger table and went back to the kitchen several times to bring back silverware, glasses and such...
She spotted Karasu on a chair by the fire and did not know what to say. She walked to him and tried to be casual. "So...how was your day?" she asked.

Karasu looked up at her and tried to force a smile. "It was eventful." he said to her standing up. He kisses her forehead and took her hands. "I'm came back down to explain why it took so long." He said, but then he stopped. He could he say it without sounded like an a**. Zulma was a woman of her own. Karasu will never make her out to be "his" as if he owned her. Karasu shook his head, and made up his mind to forget what he saw. "My day was fine, I'm sorry it took so long to return." He said to her this time with a real smile. "I love you." he said looking at her.
