Sosol wanted to groan at the horrible pun but found himself laughing regardless, shaking his head. He took another sip of the tea, barely containing his excitement about his announcement. With all the people who had been here the past couple days...it seemed like the perfect opportunity.

"You two have plans tonight?" He asked, smacking himself already about the lack of subtlety...but he couldn't help it. They didn't get much chance to let loose and have fun.

He grinned, chuckling. "Thanks...Plans?" Gren looked thoughtful. "Not that I know of."

Setting down the bow, Remy sighed. it felt good to play, and obviously the owner of this instrument took care of it. He turned to Angeles and asked "I found this in my room...is it anyone's?"

Angeles removed her fingers from the keys of the piano and shrugged, "mine's broken, and I haven't gotten around to buying another one. Gren, is this one yours perhaps? Or MacPere?"

Sosol's eyes lit up as the music faded and everyone seemed to be able to hear. "I'm asking because Azana and I decided to finally throw that party we had to postpone!" He said, taking great care not to shout it. "We thought it was perfect timing, especially since we have a newcomer and he's never seen the Inn at its finest..."

Nor has anyone seen Azana in an actual dress, but that's a different story...

"So, everyone's invited! It'll be wonderful!"

Angeles stood from the piano and made her way up the stairs without answering, "do what you will," she said to the man whose name she did not actually know, "just don't bring the house down," she landed at teh top of the stairs and made her way to Emily's room. The child was still asleep, and the puppies were watching over her diligently.

She reached forward and gently took the child's shoulder, "Emily," she said softly, "it's time to wake up," the girl stirred, her eyes opening before closing tightly and she snuggled into her pillow before sitting up and rubbing her eyes. She yawned and Angeles smiled, bending and lifting her up. The girl held onto her blanket, and Angeles did not move until she let it go.

As they were about to leave Emily whined and reached for something, and Angeles noticed a paper hat. She picked it up and gave it to Emily who held it tightly before resting her head against Angeles' chest and closing her eyes.

"Don't fall asleep again," Angeles said softly and the girl's eyes opened slightly as they mad their way down the stairs.

Sosol chuckled. "I have to admit...I was taken a bit off-guard myself. I thought we had canceled it entirely, but apparently it's on again, and for tonight. I'll have some shopping to do...decorating...oh, and I even have an outfit. Of course, it's supposed to be a surprise, so she hasn't let me see it..." He babbled for a moment before shaking his head.

"Sorry...pulled a bit of a Taylor there." He grinned. "I'm just excited, that's all."

Should I let them know...? I mean, they are really good friends of hers...no, it's her news, not mine.

"Mm... That cake sounds lovely... Anything I could do to not be here and feel completely useless?" MacPere looked around to see Angeles descending the stairs with Emily in tow, still clutching the paper hat. "Well, bless her~"
