[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

[MacPere]

MacPere, strolling out of the kitchen with an apple, took a bite and overheard Karasu's confession, a loud "Awww~" escaping his lips. He smirked and set the fruit down, taking out a glass and helping himself to some port.

There was a definite romantic mood in the air, so Knightsoul pulled out his harmonica and played a sweet melody for all the lovers in the inn. For once, the world was in perfect harmony and he felt like celebrating it.  

[Zulma san]

Zulma looked down as he kissed her forehead. She noticed his hand with a bandage on it and frowned. Karasu seemed about to say something and then stopped himself, creating an uneasy feeling in the young woman. When he told her that he loved you with so long of a silence and days without even seeing each other, she did not reply.
"An eventful day?" she questioned. She raised his hand to her eyes. "What happened to your hand?" she could have been gentler and add 'are you hurt? are you okay?' or she could have scowled him teasingly 'Putting yourself in trouble and forgetting to ask for help?' but no, she remained silent, looking at his hand and slowly looking up at his eyes. Hers were not tender although she had no real right to be hard on him. Outside of the nail she had felt on her heart when he had passed so fast in the kitchen. She waited for an answer.

It had been a peaceful day. One without fighting or danger. So he went to his room and changed into something more casual, dropping his mask in public for the first time. When he came back downstairs, he saw an emotion in Zulma's eyes he couldn't place. What's going on? he wondered.

Karasu sat down. "Your going to think I'm crazy..." He started, "I woke up this morning my hands were bleeding." He continued stares at the palm of his hands. "I rushed to the bathroom to wash them and figure out why they were bleeding." He paused and looked up at her. "I saw something in the mirror and I smashed it, but when I looked down the sink was not full of blood as it was before, and the only thing that was bleeding was my knuckles from the glass." He explained. "This morning I went to a glass maker who made me a very special mirror with an enchantment on it." He said to her. He looked at his hand and noticed his fist was clenched the entire time and the blood had built up on the back of his hand. "I need to go change the bandage again." He said standing up. "I'm sorry Zulma." He said.  

[MacPere]

"Oh dear..." MacPere hummed, taking another bite from his apple and sipping at his port.  

[Zulma san]

Zulma did not say anything for a while. She just looked at him when he sat and listened. ...palm bleeding...? She wanted to ask what he saw in the mirror, but she did not. Karasu was probably the only one totally unaware of her nightmare. MacPere and Angeles knew it all. Gren probably knew a little. So speaking of being crazy, she was ahead of the race...
So he spent the day trying to fix what he broke? Silly him, I have spare mirrors... she sighed and unconsciously her hand went and brushed his hair softly. When he stood up, she pushed on his shoulders. "You don't move." and she forced him to sit back.
She left for the medic room and found the material. She came back and pulled a seat by him. She unwrapped the bandage and noticed how deep the wounds were. He really broke that mirror! She put some product to disinfect and then put a clean bandage. All in silence. Then she stood up and threw away the dirty bandage. She washed her hands several times and looked at MacPere.

"Care to pour me and Karasu a glass of port?" she asked him as he was by the counter with a glass for himself.

He sat back down at his table and resumed playing. He could empathize with Karasu. He, too, had seen things that weren't really there and it had freaked him out. He was glad to see Zulma tend to his wounds with such care and compassion. It wasn't hard to see just how much these two cared for each other. He could only hope the best for them.  

[MacPere]

"--Of course~" MacPere answered back after finishing his mouthful, placing the apple down and taking out two more glasses. An elegant pour for each and he replaced the ornate bottle, taking up both drinks and walking to them, placing the beverages down upon the table.

Karasu just sat there waiting for Zulma to return. He looked at his new bandage and smiled. His hand was already feeling better than it was. He looked around and just sat back into the chair. He was at a lost for a bit, but just like somethings he had control of he shook his had and let it go. He smiled when Zulma mentioned Port,  

[Zulma san]

Zulma took the glass. "Thank you." she took a sip and closed her eyes, letting the delicious drink run down her throat. Pure pleasure. Interrupted by the memory that she had pasta in boiling water. "Sh..." she put her glass on the table and rushed for the kitchen.

She grabbed a fork and taste the pasta. Perfect. She sighed relieved and took a colander to remove the water. While they drain, she grated some cheese and prepared a quick sauce with sour cream and eggs and seasoning.

"Pasta is ready." she brought the dish on the table. And then wend back for the sauce. "Here some cheese and sauce for those who want. Enjoy." She prepared a plate for Karasu with sauce and cheese, then put it in front of him. Then prepared one for MacPere. "Come join us." Preparing a plate for Knightsoul "You too." Once everyone had a plate, she served herself and sat between Karasu and MacPere.  

[The White Lily]

Zefi found herself dangling over the edge of the window sill wodnering what have happen in just a few moments. She contemplated asking for help before remembering that she could levy. It was odd trying to righten her self and she let out a small shriek just soft so only she could hear it. She decided to let herself fall and landed gently before climbing back up. She redressed herself wondering how to button the end. She changed again into her "purple palooza" and headed downstairs...  

[MacPere]

MacPere picks up his port and sits where instructed, taking the pasta with gratitude. "Ah, thank you my dear~" He plucks up a silver fork and impales a cluster of pasta covered in sauce, bringing it to his mouth and chewing with a hum. "This is truly delicious, thank you again, Zulma~"

Karasu started to eat, the pasta was great Zulma really new how to make good food. He smiled at her taking a sip of port. He noticed the calm inside the Inn all his stress was gone and hopefully the night would become better.

He accepted the plate and took a seat with the others. As he ate his pasta, he looked around the table and smiled at his friends, enjoying their company. He loved the kids, no matter how irritating they could be at times. However, it was nice to enjoy the company of other adults once in a while.
