Walking around on the inn's lower floor for a while, MacPere eventually walked to the stage and took up his somewhat disowned cello, sitting upon the chair to one side and propping the large instrument between his legs. Taking out the bow, he slowly strum against the strings in a melancholy tune, remembering the techniques he was advised to use.

Angeles heard the cello and turned around, resting her arms on the back of her chair and watched as MacPere began to play.

Trudging in from the snow-coated roads, Gren sighed as he flopped onto the bar, melting now dripping from his boots. The cello suited his mood quite well.

Alex walked in having been at her brother's party for days.
Drunk on Elven wine she stumbled in. She collapsed on a chair and listened to the peaceful music

Swaying his head and continuing to play, he opened his eyes and followed Gren across the room, noting his less-than-cheerful expression. He hoped to goodness that it wasn't a result of his cookery. But, alas, may as well face the music...
Finishing the piece on a low note, he looked to Gren and spoke in a voice just loud enough to be heard. "... That bad, hm?"

Vincente had several obviously healing injuries, though he had no blood to lose. He listened to the music and seemed to enjoy it. Shadowmere's son was a bit more agressive than Shadowmere himself.

"Huh?" He looked up, raising his chin from the bar. "No, no, the song was lovely...I've just got a sore back from shoveling the walk." He glanced toward the kitchen. "Or did you mean the cakes? They've gotten a lot better...and I'm not just saying it to be nice."
He glanced at Alex, muttering, "H'lo...looks like someone's been hitting the bottle..."

Angeles stood up when MacPere stopped playing, then stopped and bent down as Emily ran to her and wrapped her arms around her neck. Angeles lifted her up and walked her to the kitchen, forgetting about relieving MacPere of the cello and playing it herself.

Gren smiled. "Hey, you earned it...I knew you could do it." He waved at Angeles and Emily as they passed into the kitchen.
Seeing that Alex was showing signs of a hangover, he got up slowly, wincing, and poured her a drink of water. "You'll need that."

Azana took a deep breath, trying to somewhat quell the absolutely giant smile that crossed her face, and walked into the Inn beside Sosol. She noticed a lot of her friends there but said nothing to them, pocketing the unopened letters on her way to one of the walls. She pulled out a hammer and a nail, pounding it into the wall. With a nod, she gestured to Sosol and felt the frame in her hands within moments. She put it up, straightened it, and took a step away.
"...Looks good."
"Agreed," Sosol replied with a nod, looking over his shoulder at the others. "What do you think...?"
