Azana smirked. "I have trouble imagining an ice-Kiba," she commented, "but as for the creativity...I think it depends on the villain. There are still some of quality." She heard the clatter of a cup and saucer landing on the table, but the next one was a bit more gently handled.

Sosol walked over with this one personally, setting down a mug in front of Kiba. As requested, the liquid inside appeared to be flaming. "I hope that works for you...I'm still getting used to all the weird orders around here." He took his seat next to Azana, putting one of his hands over hers.

"Mine was a family affair...ended up having to off my own uncle, not that he was much of one. He didn't really fight me, to be honest...in fact, he wanted me to do it, but after his plan went into action." She chuckled, remembering her comment about the bruises. "His daughter, on the other hand, had no qualms about roughing me up a bit...I think we've resolved our issues, though."

Sosol wasn't expecting the flares from Kiba, but took the compliment in stride. But was this guy for real...could he really touch, let alone ingest, magma?

"Another Ice-Kiba...? Hm, that doesn't sound good...how long do you think you have to prepare for this?" Azana asked, sipping her tea and becoming increasingly interested. She was still recovering from her last mission, but if they were going to outclass him the next time around, he might need support.

Your stubbornness is going to get you killed someday, you know that...? Sosol took a sip of his drink. "You know anything about this guy besides that he likes you enough to make copies...?"

Reaching the Inn had taken more time that she had predicted. Rain still had problems adapting to walking in two legs, with no tail to rely for balance. Still, they have reached the place.

It sounded quiet inside, which meant there were very few people around, and Ale was pleased with that. Nor her or Rain were in the best condition to be seen by other people, she knew how humans tended to be picky with those things.


"Now, I'll take you upstairs, and you can sleep in a warm bed for a change. It's something you'll need to get used to." she said, and made a mental note to ask for Zulma another room later. "And your body aches... you'll have to bear with them, I guess. Worry not, Kiba told me it only hurts the first few times." she added as she opened the door and stepped inside, dragging him along.

Rain yawned in agreement. He didn't wanted to sound rude, but he felt so tired...

Azana nodded in understanding. "One month to become better than an improved copy of yourself...sounds like you've got your work cut out for you. I'll definitely be healed up by then...if we're not on official business, would you want our support?"

"Azana...wouldn't we want a pyrokinetic on the team?" Sosol asked, concerned. "Fighting ice copies like that...?"
"Definitely not," Azana replied quickly, pointing to Kiba. "If there's one thing he'll anticipate, it's fire. To be any sort of decent support to take this copycat out, we'll have to think outside the box. And we've got someone really good at that." She finished her cup of tea.
"Taylor...? Well, he should be done having his fun with that spire by then...but you think he can figure out how to conquer ice copies without fire?" Sosol asked, then immediately shook his head. "Sorry...sometimes I forget who we're talking about."

Strolling down the stairs, MacPere took down his coat and scarf, wrapping himself up with a hum of a tune.

The doors of the Inn pushed open, revealing a face that had not been seen here for quite sometime. The figure stepped in through the door frame and made his way over to a table that sat in the dimmest lit corner of the inn. The figure sat down in a chair next to a curtained window. He removed the helmet that sat on his head and placed it on the window-jam, it was Siefren, a man that fought for the overseer during the war between the clam and the deviants.

"Thanks.! Ale said to Gren, as they began carrying Rain upstairs. "I'll put him in my room for now, I'm not sure if there are vacant rooms..." she noticed MacPere coming down the stairs at the same time, he sure looked in a happy mood.

Sadly, she was too busy to greet the newcomer, but as she glanced over Rain's head, she couldn't help feeling she had seen that face before...

Siefren looked up from the dim lit corner over to the eyes that struck him. He could tell that the girl couldn't remember him, it had been quite some time since he last stepped foot into the Inn. "I assume that you're looking at me...am i right miss?" He asked with a gentle tone.
