Only times i've seen an auto rank is if one of 3 things happens.
1. Your the guild leader.
2. your a well loved person who joined long ago, had a character, then went inactive.
3. Profit
Plus to be a custom clan head would mean you have a custom clan. and custom bloodlines/clans are closed right now.

Firu Shinra Is it the Bakuton one that is going in Otogakure? Nope, the one in otogakure one is the one in the pms. I would have bakuton in oto, but i wann learn mirror image taijutsu. cause it compliments the bloodline quite well.

Me, well, IRL playing the new pokemon, and being ready for work. IRP finishing up with this Amegakure thing, training a bit, and dealing with other out of village stuff lol.
