Eldin remained silent as they moved around and got to the car, biting his lip and getting in beside Joker. He didn’t want to be beside the demon, no matter how civil they were being at that moment. “Then… Wait, who would be doing all this?” he spoke softly, not meek so much as just confused and curious on all of this. Kalore had a lot of enemies, Rave had a lot of people that he made enemies out of, but Eldin and Kit? They didn’t have anyone that wanted them dead, that he knew of. Maybe there were many that did? Eldin couldn’t believe it and he doubted that it was something that was even possible… but what was going to happen now? It actually scared him a bit to think about it.

Silent and making sure that everything was what she thought it was, Dusk slowly walked to where Kyoshi stood, barking his orders. She didn’t flinch. “Kyoshi… I don’t think we’re gonna find him.” Showing him the dagger, Dusk looked pale, ready to drop at any second. No one could contain Rave, but there was blood around the area. As resilient as Kalore was… he wasn’t Rave. He didn’t have magic on his side, no matter how fond the Goddess was of him. “I… I don’t know what’s going on but we have to tell Monty.” And then she had to raise hell to her officials. Kit was taken by what she assumed were people dressed as guards, not guards themselves… not if no one knew about this. The order would have had to come from her, right? To control the guards? Of course.

Kyoshi stopped barking orders and looked over at Dusk, frown feeling the whole world stop around him. “Monty is not going to like this Dusk.” He whispered and looked to her, pulling her to him. “I will….Just…I have to be there to tell him before he flips out. If Joker is going to flip out then Monty will be just as bad.” What the hell was going on? Honestly this was just whack that all of a sudden there good friends and comrades were being taken away and don’t know where.

Monty drove hard and fast, the tension in him with his thoughts on Kalore making it seem like he was racing like a bat out of hell. “Honestly? I wouldn’t have an idea. Granted each one of us might have our own enemies and in turn because we are all interconnected with Kyoshi married to Dusk, since we could be considered a family of sorts, we might share all enemies but not know who he or she is.” Joker said. “It has to be someone who doesn’t like the ones who took our friends and lovers.” The insane man twitched. He wanted his woman now. She was the sweetest and greatest woman in the world and if she had one scratch on her he was going to go berserk. Literally.

Dusk nodded, silent for a moment as she just stayed against Kyoshi. Her eyes closed for a second, the woman trying to relax a bit before opening them and looking up. “I’ll keep looking. Someone’s behind this and I’ll find out who. You… You should go and tell him about this… Monty’s going to flip and I know Joker’s going to as well. Be there for them. I’m going to check with my spies and see just what it is that’s going on.” Kissing him gently, Dusk prayed for the first time in a while. She wanted everyone to be safe… this was getting scary and she needed to know that everyone was going to be okay. So far she wasn’t sure that they were.

“But…” Confused, Eldin looked out the window, silent for a moment as he processed everything. Someone who didn’t like those that were taken… Well, he was on the list and he didn’t really have any enemies save for Kalore, but Kalore wasn’t going to go this far to hurt him. Hell, Eldin wouldn’t go this far to hurt Kalore either. As for Kit? Who was a true enemy of Kit? He sure as hell couldn’t think of any… and the others, yeah, they probably did have enemies, but who would do something like this? “To hurt them… Kit and I don’t have any enemies, not that I know of. And… and wouldn’t a person attack a loved one instead to hurt someone? Especially Sir Rave or Kalore…” Those two weren’t people you attacked directly.

Kyoshi nodded and kissed her back, yet before he could move he watched her with a stone cold look. “Dusk….Watch your back. If your captured by whoever is doing this, I’m going to blow this place up to bits for you.” He was dead serious. This wasn’t like having your normal bad guys who was in your face and did things out in the open. There was a silent enemy who knew what he or she was doing and knew who to take out of the way to make what could be described as one of the best groups out there weak and vulnerable. The angel turned away and walked away, the men that was with him were ordered to help there Queen no matter what she asked has he needed to look in another part that was far for them to go.

Monty drove over to the mall and parked in the parking lot that was far from the building yet that was alright. Shutting it off he looked at Eldin and Joker. “We get the runt his clothes and then get to a safe house. I’ll contact Kyoshi to let the royals know where we are.” He got out of the car and left the two to do whatever it was they wanted. Monty had a phone call to make.

Joker sighed and nodded though he looked at Eldin. “True but you have think about the loved ones people are with. Rave is with a powerful angel who is dead.” Joker still hadn’t been told that Gambler was alive since the female wanted to keep it that way so that Rave and her could reconnect without everyone watching or something. "Look....We'll find out more when the others look into it. Knowing Dusk she might bring down the very heavens to get her way." He grinned at that. He would love to watch that actually. "Now off to shop!"

Eldin lowly nodding, frowning more as he got out and followed the insane man. “You’re right…” Of course Joker was right. The man knew more about this kind of thing than the young medic did but that didn’t stop him from wondering about all of it. Just who would go after people like them, though? If they went on the idea of the loved ones… Eldin didn’t have any. He didn’t know of what enemies Joker had, and Monty and Gambler probably had an insane amount but… still. He didn’t think that they’d go after the elves. Maybe he was just being sheltered and such. He honestly didn’t have a damn clue. “I don’t need much, Joker…” Oh well. May as well make this quick.

With a nod, Dusk was soon on her own, storming out to find the ones that she knew had to have some information on this. Her first stop was her old crew. They’d be able to at least find out something. Then… off to the interrogations. Enemies could easily be found, and she’d start with the enemies of the obvious one in her mind: Kalore. Sadly… it was a long list.

Joker shrugged and took the arm of the young male and walked over to the mall. Perhaps he didn't much but he would need clothes for everyone given that they needed to go to someplace safe. Smiling he draped an arm around Eldin's shoulder in a fatherly manner. "It's going to be okay Eldin. We'll figure stuff out. Especially with that big, fat, hairy, red, mean and slobbering demon."

Unbeknownst to Joker that very same big, fat, hairy, red, mean and slobbering demon was walking behind them silently, twitching that Joker would call Monty that. "Then perhaps when this is done, I'll just kill you and steal your female to start my own harem." Joker yelped and growled at Monty. "Kit's mine damn you!!! My woman!!!"

Eldin’s ear twitched before Monty even spoke and a small smile appeared at his lips. What was Joker thinking, insulting the other? It wasn’t exactly a secret that the big, fat, annoying demon could always tell when someone was there… plus, he walked so damn heavy. A child could hear him. “I… Let’s just get some clothes. And we know that Miss Kit is yours, Joker…” He looked amused, shaking his head as he tugged him into a store that was made for teens. Eldin may be growing, but that didn’t mean that he didn’t like graphic tees as much as the next guy. Skinny jeans were a no but he definitely liked the tee shirts. “Can we get clothes from here?”

Joker stuck his tongue out at Monty who stood at the door and waited there with a glare. The insane man turned to the young elf and smiled gently at him. "Yes my young sir. You may get whatever you want and need no matter where or how much. Go pikc out whatever you need, I'll be here." Joker wanted to at least try to make this as normal was possible and once they get to the safe house they will beble to freak out.

Eldin smiled a bit but nodded, leaving the two and going into the shop on his own. The boy caught people's eyes, but it wasn't like that was anything new. His auburn hair, now down to his shoulders, easily shone in the right light while his lithe form showed someone that was athletic but not exactly intentionally so. Eldin never understood his own looks, but he never would. All that he understood was that he had long legs that annoyed the hell out of him when trying to buy jeans and an awkward torso that he was still growing into that made finding shirts that he liked a pain in the a**. Sighing some, he only got two pairs of jeans and four shirts, all on sale, and signaled for Joker to come back in. They were teenage items, but that was normal. Eldin was still a kid. "If this is too much, tell me, alright?"

Joker walked over once he was signaled and shrugged. "That's not enough. Go back and get some more." He ordered gently, wanting the elf to not be so humble and to gather many things for their stay in the safe house. It was either that or he would go and buy things from the nearest discount store for the young elf and he might not like that. It was an amusing thought really. "You need enough for an extended stay and in case you have to fight alright? Don't worry about cost or else I'll lose it." He twitched for good measure.

Looking at Joker, Eldin bit his lip gently. "But... this is all expensive..." He was never well off. He had never had to struggle to survive, but the boy had definitely never had it very easy. To think that those that he was with could pay for things so easily, it was a bit strange but he did know that there wasn't much that he could do about it. Sighing softly, Eldin nodded and began to get a few more things. Two more shirts, a hoodie for when he got cold (which had been happening a lot lately), and one more pair of jeans. He got another pair of shoes, boots that were easy to move in, and the necessary things. it still wasn't much, but he glanced over, nodding a bit. "H-Here..."

Joker smiled and took the clothes that was picked out by Eldin. The insane man didn't want to tell Eldin what to do but he did want to make sure that he had enough things. Besides this would have to do given that Monty was becoming impatient to get to the safe house and know what the hell was going on. Joker went to the resgister to get the items paid for so that he can get things moving.

A small smile appearde on the other's face as he followed the older men, sighing some before looking around as they left. Eldin didn't have a clue on just what it was tat was going on... but then again, who did? Only Dusk seemed to have gotten a trace but that trace was dead. Or at least, it seemed like it was dead. "Joker... How long do you think this is going to last?" he watched him as they walked out, taking the bag with a small frown.

Running a hand through her hair, Dusk sighed before shadows took her over again, placing her on top of the bed that she and Kyoshi shared. "Kyo? You in here?" The door was open so she assumed that he was around there somewhere. Sighing some, the woman continued to fidget, biting her lip just a bit before sighing some once more. "Kyoshi, I found something out. You... You might not like it, though." She knew that she didn't.

Monty watched the two males leave the store and motioned for them to follow him without saying a word. They were being lead down the way where the car garage for a car that they were going to use since he didn't want the one they were in to get to the mall to be tracked to easily. He had called a so called friend to pick up the first car with two other males dressed up and looking almost like them just in case they were being spied on from the outside.

Hearing Dusk's voice he came from the closet, having traded in his royal king's garments to dress up like the hitman he used to be. He wore everything in black from his t shirt that snuggly fit his ripped torso to semi baggy cargo pants that the ends were tucked into some 'I'm going to kick you' boots and his hair ever so messy. Frowning some he stood in front of her, reaching out to touch her cheek. "What did you find out?" He braced himself for whatever it was.

This was all too weird. Eldin kept by Joker, looking around with almost a look of curiosity as they went into the parking garage. This wasn't where they had come from... but of course they were getting into a different car. He knew that that had to have been the case and it only made sense. Sighing softly, he had his arms crossed a bit more comfortably and began to walk a bit faster to keep up with Monty and Joker. This was all so... confusing.

Biting her lip hard, Dusk looked up with another frown. Touching his hand, she sighed softly. "I found some people that were there when Kalore was taken. They said that he didn't fight at first, as though he was just talking to whoever it was. Then they said something changed and he ran off. They followed to help but fire stopped them. By the time they got past it, he was gone." She frowned more, continuing as the obvious signs were just, well, obvious. "The guards showed me the spot where the ground was scorched and... it's true. The fire that scorched the ground there was contained and didn't spread on and apparently went away. They're saying that they thought they say flashed of red with the person. They're not sure, and they didn't know about Rave or Kit, but they were one of the ones on duty when Kalore had to have been taken."
