Hello! Unfortunately pets cannot be renamed unless rehomed (it's on the front page as well, but I know it can be hard to spot due to being under a spoiler and I'm sorry about that). From memory, all pets with names in this style were certed from the beginning as Crossed Out Name New Name and were not changed at a later date. You're free to refer to her by her new name IC, however!
