Ok I know RP is fun but dont get too heated about it. Then again I go off like this sometimes... so fine go ahead.
Look I cant do what you asked. One will see once my plan is moving along. My plan wont harm kumo as long as it does not harm me. Right now since my RPC noticed the heat Kumo is in security is a problem and we need a more secure environment thus we move on.

Well let rock make its come back, xD Things were ignored with them anyway, i mean after cloud bombed them to hell, we declared taking them over. then gave it to mist, so technically Rock belonged to mist, but i dont think they did anything with it, then you rolled in and took it over. I had always thought merging Cloud and Rock would have been best, but i was not Raikage. Actually i wouldn't have ordered the attack lol. If it was under different times, Akira would have done it. When I was Kage the First time (This is when it was attacked and Cloud took it, then gave it to Mist) I had made a Pact with Hiro, and Akira called him his Brother, and treated the Raikage like a Brother. (I'm the Fricken reason why Hiro Got Raikage for god sakes) Then he Betrayed me and attacked my Village. Akira Had to flee in order to return one day.
