don't be stupid. Activity is what makes a guild. Though NUR has a flawed system, and biased members, its popular because people play here.
If we were to all pick up and move to another guild, that guild would become most popular, but that wont ever happen.

i could accept Irish, but my votes would go to Dark, Dandii, or Cain(if he brought his activity back up) in that order.

Dandii is very helpful to the guild, but a Captain must be more active that she is. an example is like me, im on Gaia pretty much 7 Days of the week. Why i dont much in the guild? No ambition.

I judge it on... what you said No ambition.
A Role Player must embody their character once they role play. Thus everything your character does you must imagine and feel. So in that light your character must seek out his/her own goals.
Does your CHARACTER have any goals? Have you reached them? Is there something further?
It really gets boring at Jounin and above rank especially for wandering nin. Give you character some slack if it has no ambition wander around villages, talk to the kages, visit the training grounds and such.
Your RPC might get inspired by a gennin or chunin or the kage might try and kill you biggrin

Compared to Alicia Danidii's activity is acceptable. And she gets dedicated to anything she does. Give her GC and i promise she will take the guild places.
Irish i hardly know. I mostly saw him beat down peoples ideas, but ever since i said something about it i have not seen him do it. Probably unrelated but still. I cant say if he would be good, but i dont think he could do anything to ruin the guild.
Dark would be perfect. His skill is ok, and he is impressionable. He would take on the guild as a part of himself, and treat it as such. I feel he would help the guild grow as he does.

Sin, all that you've said is correct- but I hope you know that alot of the biased ideas also come from the Crew, I've noticed for quite a while now. Which again, is very disappointing..
I just realized also, the Sandaime actually had a magical crystal ball while spying on Naruto... hahaha

Havock i dont even think you should be crew lol.
you should be down in the dirt with the members, rallying and guiding them. Focusing more on developing "story" for the guild over doing mundane crew tasks.
Like what would be great is if the crews job was to facilitate the actions of the players. This group does something and changes teh face of NUR, its the crews job to make that change apparent. Making new forums, deleting old ones, announcement after announcement.

ENOUGH TALK OF CAPTAINS!
I'd be a good captain... I'll stop RPing though cause that takes up time. I HAVE SO MANY things I want to change but being crew I dont really have that much sway here.
I want to make a Chakra draining system for the aburame clan, I want specific lists and rankings of a poison a certain rank can use. MAJOR revamp on the summons.
I wish to create a bounty system. YES I WANT THE MISSING NIN, ME AND MY GROUP INCLUDED, TO BE HUNTED DOWN.... cause thats what i supposed to happen right?
I WILL PUSH FOR YOUR DAMNED WAR SYSTEM! Not that it is bad but ITS SO BEAUTIFUL! Needs some polishing but THATS EVERYTHING IN THIS GUILD! GOOD IDEAS THAT NEED SOME POLISH!
I wish to host a council of Kages as a "mini" arc... with all the crap going on around here I would like to do it. Actually I'm doing this IN RP, after manpish's fight I would ask my group to message every kage and ask for their attendance.
So many ideas but I cannot do it just now. 1 I am cautious about being crew again ever since I was demoted. 2 A lot of the new members dont know me so I dont feel like I've gained the respect I used to have and will work on that first before I start giving out everything. 3 There is a lot on the crew's plat and lets fix that first.
@nirvana ... I know that jutsu... well have its scroll if you want it in RP LOL but you gotta get it without metagaming it biggrin

As for Irish, i think his activity rate would boost on the same occasion. But what are they going to offer the guild? @Havock: I say no ambition because well, what can i do besides raise and train rpcs and create stuff that i hope the crew will like? nothing. If a non-crew member becomes a Kage, they dont get promoted. And they say in this guild that kage are crew, well sounds alittle BS to me. The crew needs be have a conference on the health of this guild. Its still popular and such, but I see a poison slowly taking that health away.

Well yeah your right sin that is my thing but... You know why the crew has made "biased" ideas?
Cause before when I was V.C. I contradicted them all for no reason just to the idea juices flowing. At least then you guys have some sort of voice as I would TRY to think from your POV. I contradict ideas I like just to see the other side.
Sin I cant concentrate on guiding everyone to make a story. One... its one sided UNFAIR!

I will praise you. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A CREW MEMBER LIKE THIS! I was the only one who shouted "I DESTROYED KONOHA WHAT IS DEAD SHOULD STAY DEAD!"
Its page something of the chatroom LOL but obviously they brought it back as if nothing happened. I'm fine if they brought it back after a week... but nooo.

Muse your wrong, if you become kage your promoted to crew, but you have no standing. You simply gain the right to edit and control the forums in your village.

If I became Kage then I will protect all my pp and village if they try to attack my village or ppl they must have to fight through me not them!
