The Fall is Inevitable I've learned from experience that arcs are extremely hard to manage and assuring success is even harder. Many people get bored halfway through if not a quarter through and sprucing them up isn't easy. I tend to prefer arcs where it isn't just all action... those get lame quick. Arc's suck because it usually ends up revolving around the crew and their "favorites", leaving the common folk like me to sit here and cry in the corner.

No, its to damn members in this guild! The crew adds members that are not even posting of having anything to do with the guild. They are pretty much using them as fillers to make the guild look better....well guess what, its hard to RP when the majority of the people in this guild are too damn lazy to start posting again.

You guys expect the Crew to be perfect. I was once like that, thinking the crew was full of scumbags and retards. And don't get me wrong, it is. But many of us do our very best to try and please the members as best we can. It takes actually being Crew to understand that we aren't some communist hivemind, that we actually debate for weeks on end for every individual decision, it just turns out that the retards in Crew get their way alot of times. It's frustrating, but we do our best to please whoever we can. But that doesn't mean appeasing everyone and being easy.
If we act favortist, it's because alot of Crew have their own agendas and work only for themselves. But not all of us.

The Fall is Inevitable You guys expect the Crew to be perfect. I was once like that, thinking the crew was full of scumbags and retards. And don't get me wrong, it is. But many of us do our very best to try and please the members as best we can. It takes actually being Crew to understand that we aren't some communist hivemind, that we actually debate for weeks on end for every individual decision, it just turns out that the retards in Crew get their way alot of times. It's frustrating, but we do our best to please whoever we can. But that doesn't mean appeasing everyone and being easy. If we act favortist, it's because alot of Crew have their own agendas and work only for themselves. But not all of us. I was crew. Seventh Hokage, remember? When it got down to it, it usually came to be the guild leader, a few select people, and maybe, just maybe, a few normal genin. And everybody else sat there, scratching their heads. I know the crew is nice, but it'd be nice to everybody into an arc so it doesn't fail dramatically. And not just have Eris being preg with Rahenno constantly at her bedside. I went there. Remember that arc?

I know you were once a fellow member Shane. But you then earned your title of crew, VC for all i care. Well guess what, I will always be againts the crew. I miss the good old days when i had the Original Owner of this guild, yeah i am talking about Drunk Tony. That is when i first joined the guild, and man i was lost for sure on what to do. It was so lively and then Eris took over and then Alicia. Well nothing i can do about it now. But the Mist village needs major clean up. I mean, Look at all the old post and crap, all the people who are not posting anymore. And as for Rain, man................dissapointment. I just hope more people start posting. I am going to try and keep Saotome as active as i can.
Oh and i feel bad for my RPC Akkari. She is so love sick.....looks like someone needs to get back to Rain.

I was one of the vice captains in iHunturs guild for the longest time, and I know whats its like. From my experience they try their best to maintain peace and balance within the guild, but no matter how hard they try someone is never satisfied. The point im trying to make is give them a break ya know? Sometimes they may be harsh, but its in the best interest of the guild. And on a side note, you guys should look at it this way. The crew are the people setting up rules, ideas, forums, and this guild as a whole, and to ridicule them for setting up something for the rest of us without anything in return is just...dumb
