@Dandii: in the end, i shall never forget the cruelity of the crew. We, the members, are just numbers to you people. I will not ever forget the Heartlessness of this guild. Its nice to be a member of NUR, don't get me wrong, but i feel like im a puppet and the crew is controlling the strings and stuff. I havent done anything rash since i Verbally Attack Matsumi, and SHE DESERVED EVERY BIT OF IT!. I will never respect Minty, EVER. But as i have to be slave driven to do so like the Pharaoh and his slaves, its either work or get whipped or in NUR case, Repsect us or be banned. We have no say in anything, and are lucky to get any recongintion in the guild.
As of right now, Any words from any crew member, unless is serious, means nothing to me.
@Shane: I want your help building a new RPC. Maybe you can help me out with some ideas.......pwease.....

Don't you think you're being a little too dramatic? I mean you just compared your situation to that of the Pharaoh's slaves. It seems like instead of trying to fix the problems you see you're just going to complain and, for lack of a kinder word, b***h. You say we dont listen to the members but you're wrong. If a problem is handed to us, well atleast me, it will be dealt with as best as possible. All it takes is a simple personal message to a crew member or a thread formally expressing the problem you see. Not an attack. However, problems of who is a crew member because you disagree with them in general are not viable reasons to have them removed.

She reminds me of my younger days here in the NUR. Always the anarchist and rallying the subjects against the Master. It is a noble cause at best, but one that shouldn't be overlooked by the crew and the captain. I can see where XSK would have run-ins with some of the more...extremist crew members, but most of them are in fact trying to help as much as possible. It is not to the extent of Slave's to Pharaoh, but some of them have been throwing there power around, and there is always a way to shut them down, going around their power and stab them in the back. It does bring joy to me when ever I did that, back when DT was the Captin (may he rest in peace..). But the days of old have passed, and a new era of...deadness have come. Our primary objective must be recruitment, not this bickering.

The whole point of crew is to HELP the general members, even the anti-crew dumb asses like yourself. The first thing in all of our minds is what will benefit the guild, not us. Sure, there is a bad egg every now and then, but do you know what happens when we do find them? We remove them from crew. And I think Shane was right to make the castello, infact, I applaud him for it. He made the guild better by making a land that wasnt under constant siege, cant be invaded by a bored SSSSS and wiped out, and where we can just got to hang out and talk without looking behind our backs every 10 seconds. Though you are right in saying you have little say in crew matters, but that's because thats the crews ******** job. We give an unbiased approach to topics, and talk about them bringing up flaws on all sides to make things better. If we opened a major change thread in the guild, It would be tainted as hell with one sided thoughts, and s**t would never get done because everyone wants to be happy. Truth is, not everyone always wins. Its a ******** miracle we even still have a crew with the type of support we get. We work daily on s**t to make the RP eperience fun for you guys and we get s**t like "You're all selfish bastards who make things so you can win" and other BS. I havnt RP'd a say since becoming crew, just so i could devote more time to improving the guild. I've gotten nothing but bitching and whining from people like you, and frankly, I'm wondering why I even put up with it. You say you respect the members on crew, but hate the crew for all eternity, what kind of a** backwards logic is that anyway? TL;DR Pull your head out of your a** and quit your bitching, Nancy

Im not agrreing with Muse, but there are times where the crew can be...corrupt? But like the members, the crew are only human and their is room for error. However, you have to understand that at times what the crew does is in the best interest of everyone in the guild, or at least it should be. If theres anything i learned from being an admin of a Byond RPG is that there is no midpoint, meaning no matter what you do you are always gonna piss someone off @Dandii: My Rain squad is in a fight at the moment, and Ive been asked to not interfere with them, leaving my grass nin in your office. So.....you wanna RP?  PWEEEAAAASSSSEEEE!P.S. I seen everyone was a cowboy now....so i decided to be the indian mrgreen

I don't abuse my power bro.
I made Castel so I could have fun, yeah. But how is my fun hurting anyone else? Have you EVER seen me randomly attack another persons RPC without motive? Sure, I've banned people. But who? Koi? The biggest a** on Gaia? Ice? Who was going to get banned anyway? (I banned him for revenge. He was such a d**k to me when I was a Genin lulz)
And yeah. What Snuff said. I tried to bring a safe haven, and diversity along with it. I admit there are times when I was tempted, TEMPTED, to do things I shouldn't do with my power, but temptation is practically a human virtue.
It takes BEING Crew to UNDERSTAND Crew. I bitched about Crew back in my younger days as well. In fact, I was probably THE Crew antagonizer, doing everything in my power to make them look like idiots (but I had good reason, the very week I joined I was harrassed for literally no good reason by Cain the Blade, and almost lost my character due to his undeserved Crew spot).
But yeah. Muse, don't even bother to complain about me. I've done so much things for the guild you can't even imagine it. Even my enemies in crew agree. The reason you don't understand is because I work behind the scenes. Members can't look in the crew forum.
@Snuff: Ugh.. I know... I've done so much for the members... I've been THEIR advocate in the crew forum for a long time... and yet, the members b***h at me and say I abuse my powers (just because in the past I did. Of course I did, I didn't know how to handle power. Now I do). And then you have it so one night I get demoted from VC and Alicia gives no reason... so I'm not being appreciated by either side. -_-

Shane....went you rant, you MUST swear your tits off and hurt the other people as much as possible (mentally of course...physical violence is bad)... it's the only way to successfully drive the message home....or at least for me anyway...
