Azana blushed slightly at the question. "Sosol was....surprisingly romantic," she started. "Candlelight dinner, a walk through the park...a rather thoughtful gift..." She was being just as vague, but the gift wasn't; it reflected the light and drew attention to itself...a silver pendant in the shape of a small sword.
"I ended up taking him out for karaoke afterwards...and he thought he couldn't sing," she smirked, remembering their duet.

MacPere's eyes flicked to the pendant with a soft smile, admiring its shine. My, maybe Sosol's tastes extended further than fine teas...
"I'm glad your day was so lovely... That is a beautiful necklace. Hah... I didn't realise that the chap had it in him. And he sings well? My... I might just have to tug him up onto that stage with me..."

Azana smiled automatically at the compliment. "He's got a new pendant himself...that was the other half of the gift...as for the singing, if you can actually get him behind a microphone again...it took a bit the first time. He even made me agree to do a duet with him, which was kind of funny..."
She finished her root beer. "The bar feels kind of empty without him..."

He cast a look to the bar and hummed in agreement whilst gesturing and standing. "Want me to get you another one?" He took down a tumbler and poured himself a half-tumbler of gin, leaning against the mahogany. "Speaking of which, I haven't seen Zulma in months... Think she got sick of our antics?"

"I don't know," Azana replied, turning around to face MacPere and the bar. "I have to say that it has me concerned, though...I mean, this was Zulma's pride and joy. Now that the Cult Clash is permanently behind us, you'd think she would just enjoy being here even more..."
She gave a small sigh and looked around the place. "Sosol's done a good job of picking up the slack...but he's no Innkeeper. If I weren't heading out of town for a bit soon, I'd see what I could do about contacting her..."

"Mm... I'd do the same, but I have board meetings, interviews and the initial selling of my company to prepare for... And after that, there is the trip to Milan, meeting Gren's parent's, sorting out my own mother... Life is wonderful."
He took a drink of the alcohol and sighed, happy. "But Sosol has been doing a fair job... Not to mention Gren. As rich and spoiled as this makes me sound, it's quite nice to see him wearing a high ponytail, apron on, sleeves rolled up, leaning over and working at scrubbing a table..."

Azana was about to question him on the supposed trip to Milan, but mention of Eleanora caught her attention. With little thought, she crossed the floor and put her arms around MacPere in a hug.
"If you need moral support for that, you know I'm here for you...not to mention she seems to like me," Azana offered, smirking a bit at his other remark. "I don't really think that makes you sound rich and spoiled...a couple other adjectives, maybe..." She let go, an amused smile across her face which faded as she remembered the broom she had in the corner.
"...I almost forgot I was going to practice today...hm."

"A couple of other adjectives~?" MacPere asked with an amused smirk, holding her back. "I don't really need to guess now, do I~? And as for the support..." He gave her a light squeeze, smiling softly down to her. "Thank you... I tend to get a little... Feral around her. I might require a smash-proof glass divider or someone to stun me when I lose my head..."
He followed Azana's gaze and hummed at the broom, raising a brow in amusement. "My... Are we Harry Potter now, Miss Brown~?"

Azana grimaced at the mention of Harry Potter, grumbling under her breath momentarily. "Sadly, you're not far from the truth," she said with a sigh, shaking her head, "besides embracing the cliche of broomsticks, I'm practicing for a specifically Potter-head task. A group of mages decided they'd try and re-create the sport of Quidditch...of course, with the potential risks of that, the GMO needs to supervise...and they asked for me."
She thought back and chuckled a little. "You should've seen it a week ago...Remy had to help me chase their makeshift snitch around the Inn after it got out of my pocket."
((Gotta run for a bit...hope to be back on in an hour or two.))

At the talk of his suspicions confirmed, MacPere released a loud bout of laughter, raising a hand over his mouth."Th-That is unfortunate, my dear... And... Remy running around trying to catch a 'Golden Snitch'? That is something I must see sometime..."
Allowing Azana to leave with a wave, he took a seat at a table and curled his arms before him, nestling his head within the available space and intended to relax a little, loosen his muscles. Incidentally, he managed to fall asleep and breathe softly from his position, forehead pressed against his forearm.

Alex strode in covered in blood stains. only a few were her own so she left them and sat by the fireplace and the dancing flames reminded her of the Prince. She notice MacPere sleeping how strange. She never thought she would see him sleep. Making sure a towel was under her, Alex slept on the sofa.

Peeking from his room upstairs, Remy noted with some dismay that he'd missed the fun. "Aw..."

Entering after a long day, Gren smiled his lopsided grin. MacPere asleep at the table, Moonbeam curled on his lap. Filling her bowl, she hopped lightly from his lap and took to her meal, tail flown high. With the cat out of the way, he carefully took the sleeping redhead to bed before creeping into his own.
