Question:When, and if, you go rouge, wouldn't it be possible for someone to just call themselves an S ranked ninja? I mean what is to stop them from that, they have no Hidden Village.

Luckily, NUR only has a few psychopaths (Kleine, Rini, and Emma's 2nd RPC), so I suppose you're mostly safe from harm. xD Not many people in this guild would hunt a ten year old girl.

IRP Nayley is the only one who knows your gone. She just doesn't tell people or you would already be taken care of.
