Stella smiled and sat back down as her two new acquaintances took care of the refill, and she tilted her head in amusement. "Such excellent service...do you treat all the patrons like this?" She asked playfully, visibly relaxing a little. Azana wasn't here, and wouldn't be here, for a little while...all work and no play made for a dull life, right?

"Indeed... And do you know what a Pretty woman deserves~?" He trailed his fingers down Stella's arm and took up her hand, pressing a kiss to its back. "A song..." With a wink to both companions, he strolled to the stage unbuttoning his waist coat and dropping it nearby to leave him in his shirt and suspenders.

A faint blush crossed her cheeks as MacPere kissed her hand and suggested a song. By what Gren said, it seemed he was quite the singer, and himself a musician. She made herself comfortable in the chair, quite interested in what was happening.
The list of traits just keeps growing...he's almost too perfect... She thought to herself, waiting for the show to begin.

"Me?" She asked, thinking for a while before shaking her head. "Hm...I think you know better than I do what you can play," she said at last, picking up her glass and taking a sip. "I'm sure I'll enjoy anything you have in mind." She was a bit suspicious, considering the unnaturally ideal scenario...but sometimes things worked out this way, right...?
I'm not dreaming...no hidden cameras...just relax, Stella, and take it at face value...

Nodding understanding, Gren licked his lips and set them to the reed, playing a quick warm up scale before looking up. "Ready."
(It's a great song, I'm for it! Not sure which part a sax'd play, but ah, it's a fantasy)

Stella heard the music start, and a faint smile of recognition and amusement cross her face. Either he had heard quite a bit about her, or was simply going from her name...it didn't matter, though; he had chosen what was probably the single most applicable song.
"I approve," she said simply, waiting to hear this "treat" of a voice Gren had spoken of...

(My first thought was actually 'Stella... Stella... Stellar...' Glad to see it was appreciated though, hee.)
Tapping his foot to allow Gren in he waited for the introduction before descending into sweet, wondrous song.
"I've must have died and gone to heaven... 'Cos it was a quarter past eleven on a Saturday in 1999...
Right across on where I'm standing, on a dance floor she was landing... It was clear that she was from another time...!
Like some Baby Barbarella with the stars as her umbrella... She asked me if I'd like to magnetise...
Do I have to go star-trekking 'cos it's you I should be checking! So she laser beamed me with her cosmic eyes~! Oh now..."
He kept his eyes upon Stella intentionally, tossing in his usual winks.

((I figured, but all her spells and incantations are star-based. XD That's why I laughed.))
Stella sat in rapt attention with a giddy smile on her face, astounded by their musical talent. She almost felt like a teen again, going to concerts and swooning over the boys on stage...except this time she knew for certain those winks were for her. She almost didn't care anymore that Azana couldn't be reached; this alone was worth the trip out.
Aren't you a little old to be starstruck...? She asked herself, but she already knew the answer. The day I'm not...I'll know I'm old...
((Gotta run to practicum...I'll try to post while there, if I can.))
