Stella watched the two depart upstairs with a satisfied nod and walked toward the door.
"You're not staying the night...?"
"Azana's already in the bed...and three's a crowd," she replied with a wink.
"I'm sure there's a vacancy we can get you in for the night...
"...you think I should..."
"Of course. If you feel the need to vanish, just wake up early tomorrow. Please...let us take care of you for one more day."
"Fine...escort me to my room?"
Sosol chuckled, floating the clothes next to him as he offered his arm. "Right this way..."

Mumbling love-drunk forgiveness for every voiced sorrow, he smiled warmly to the end, an honest smile alight his face. The endless apologies were sweet, but he most looked forward to the next morning.
