[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

[Valentine Valtieri]

Ultima tense. "Ah, not exactly, ok morph." In another few seconds, he was the same giant dog knightsoul wanted dead and gone. "We mostly are unalike." Said the cerebrus. Ultima was still laughing. "He gets tired from doing that."

Zefi's mouth began to hurt again and she left the poor arm alone to find some food. She found some potatoes and put one in her mouth and went upstairs again. Zefi sat down on a chair and just munched on the food while she waited for Jeff to wake up.

"Yep," Kageko agreed with Kiba, "Knight's definitely going to kill you two." Then she remembered that Aris had tried to get information from her. "Hey," she asked, "Is it okay if I tell others about the dog? Namely Aris? He tried to get info from me, but I wasn't sure if I should tell him."

Ultima climbed back onto Kiba. "Yeah, if knightsoul saw us and tells somebody, there'll be a riot." Ultima sat on the main head and scratched it behind the ears, along with the other heads. "If you tell someboddy, they will likely not do anything drastic."

"Okay then," she heaved a sigh of relief, "so I can get Aris off of my case." She turned to Kiba, "Do you mind if I go on your head?"  

[Ale Posselna]

" that's okay" she replied to the girl "Aris has known about the dog for a while, since Knight talks about it all the time. And" she looked the girl in the eyes this time "if you really want to know, it wasn't about the dog he was asking."  

[Angeles Valentine]

Angeles kept to herself, aware that what she had done to Zulma the previous day had probably earned her some animosity. But it had been for the good of her friend. She had wandered to the land of demons, protected by the dragon of darkness she had summoned from the tome. There she had consulted the Baku, the demon of dreams. He had been rather vague in his interpretation of the dream.

Angeles returned to the Inn to tell her what she had learned, but she had an overwhelming sense of being unwelcome. It didn't matter, once she was invited in she could come and leave as she pleased, unless of course Zulma decided to get the place blessed.  

[Azana Brown]

"Emotions..." Azana repeated, apparently lost in thought for a moment before she got a sort of "eureka" look on her face. Immediately, she pulled her own medallion off and placed it on the table nearby. The two seemed to work like magnets, being unable to sit too close to one another. Her eyes widened as a small grin crossed her face.

"I've been looking at this from the wrong perspective!" She finally concluded, looking to Cerberus. "I think, in a way...you could be right. I was looking for flat-out control...but if our theory holds, it's a lot more subtle than that. And--"

She stopped momentarily, her brain finally processing the fight that the captain described. A mark...? Did the Sentinel do something to her followers more than the Overseer...? Her jubilation switched to concern rather quickly...not for herself, but for the members of SIN. If his report was correct, half of Gaia was going to be a powder keg for demonic power.

"Captain...what did you mean...about the mark?"

Kiba lowered. "Just try not to break my neck and you'll be fine." Ultima was still relaxing on the main head. "If i would've known you were friendly, i wouldn't have attacked you in the plains." Kiba just growled a warning. "Never do it again."

Nobody was on the piano so Zefi sat at the bench and just played lightly... She loved to play the piano and as she did, it relieved some pressure off her teeth.

Kageko heard Star's reply. She acted innocent, "Really? But he seemed to be asking about Kiba." She turned Kiba, "Thank you. I just needed to know if I had the permission to ride on you." She said to everyone, "Well, see ya guys," she put on a smile, "I have to go somewhere," and ran off before they could respond. "Grrrr," she thought, "Now even Star suspects me."
After running a fair distance from the inn, she created a crack in space and stepped into her home, closing the crack behind her. "More training for me I guess," she said to herself in the silent world.

Enjoying the song the young girl played, Cerberus look at Azana. It took a bit of thought, but he found his words at last.

"Well...the Mark of SIN is only given to the most 'monsterous' of SIN members. It is proof of the Sentinel's favor toward us. Not many were given out: the price for the Mark is indeed great. You must do a terrible sin." He sighed lightly, once more finding the words, and went on, "The Mark gives you the power to summon great demons from beyond the Portal to aid one in their battles. It goes active if the person either wills it so or if their rage grows beyond that of which it should."

He lifted his right fist and tightened it, a flash of the Mark appeared to Azana. "This is the cursed Mark that will haunt us till our dying days."

"And there she goes again, running off like that" Ale sighted "Well, we can not help those who don't ask for it" she concluded, but this was far from over. She knew what to say next time they'd meet. She then glanced at the boy and the dog, and smiled.

Zefi continued to play and went into something more complicated again. It was her favorite song she had played before. It was calming to her and it made her forget about her aching teeth.

Ultima looked down at Ale. "I couldn't name him, he planned on eating me if i did." Kiba laughed. "It's true, i'm not partial to the name fluffy."
